President Trump marked today, August 26th, as a solemn day of remembrance for the 13 U.S. service members killed at Abbey Gate in Kabul four years ago.
Calling it “one of the worst and most embarrassing days in our country’s history,” Trump honored not only the fallen but also the 32 others severely wounded in the attack.
He vowed under his leadership the U.S. will never abandon its troops or citizens abroad
