Illegal aliens continue to terrorize communities across America.
The horrifying crimes seem to pile up every single day.
And a pregnant Florida woman stabbed an illegal alien who beat her and now he’s getting exactly what he deserves.
Guatemalan illegal alien arrested for brutal attack
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office in Florida arrested 19-year-old Noel Gerardo Niz-Marroquin, an illegal alien from Guatemala, after he allegedly beat a pregnant woman last weekend.
Deputies responded to a domestic violence call at a mobile home on SE Federal Highway in Hobe Sound where they found a disturbing scene.
According to police reports, Niz-Marroquin had repeatedly assaulted the pregnant woman, who defended herself by grabbing a kitchen knife and stabbing her attacker.
Sheriff John Budensiek described the horrific situation to local media: “We know from both of them that he had beat her and choked her two days in a row.”
Both the attacker and victim were transported to the hospital – Niz-Marroquin for treatment of non-life-threatening stab wounds and the victim, who is reportedly 29 weeks pregnant, for observation.
After being treated, Niz-Marroquin was arrested and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman. He’s currently being held at the Martin County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
ICE gets involved as victim may drop charges
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) quickly placed a deportation detainer on Niz-Marroquin after confirming his illegal status in the country.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office said if the victim declines to pursue charges, Niz-Marroquin will be released directly into ICE custody for immediate deportation.
This is one of those cases where – thankfully – the system might actually work, but only because ICE got involved.
Sheriff Budensiek confirmed that regardless of whether the case goes to trial, Niz-Marroquin will eventually be handed over to ICE and deported.
“In these domestic violence scenarios, again, there’s a clear mechanism to prosecute these cases, even without the victim coming in and being a victim,” Budensiek explained to local news.
Biden-Harris border disaster continues to have real victims
This case is just the latest example of the horrifying human cost of the Biden-Harris border disaster that’s now being continued by the Kamala Harris campaign.
For years, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris deliberately dismantled every effective border security measure implemented by President Trump.
The result? Millions of unvetted illegal aliens pouring across our southern border, with many bringing violent crime and drugs into previously safe American communities.
This pregnant woman might have lost her life – and her unborn child – if she hadn’t fought back against her attacker. And who was her attacker? An illegal alien who never should have been in the country in the first place.
This isn’t just a “Florida problem” or a “border state problem” – illegal aliens have been deliberately transported to communities all across America, bringing crime and violence with them.
The victim in this case is reportedly also in the United States illegally, creating an even more complicated situation.
According to Sheriff Budensiek, she could potentially face deportation herself once the case is closed.
The Biden-Harris policies created a situation where a criminal alien felt emboldened to enter our country illegally and then commit violent crimes against women.
The only reason this case will likely end with deportation is because ICE managed to place a detainer before the charges could be dropped.
How many other cases slip through the cracks every single day?
President Trump’s first term gave us the most secure border in American history. His border wall, Remain in Mexico policy, and tough stance on illegal immigration worked.
And yet Democrats, including Kamala Harris, fought him every step of the way – only to completely collapse our border when they got into power.
This pregnant woman in Hobe Sound, Florida is just one of countless victims paying the price for those disastrous open border policies.
