Election Fraud: Mid-Term Elections

Did you know ABC News posted “…the results and erroneous predictions…” (their words) on their web site in the early evening of Nov. 2, 1998 – 18 hours before any polls opened in the United States?  They did and do you know how accurate they were? This “inadvertent mistake” was off by .0174%.  Oh, it was just testing and a goof.

Many of the articles I cited in my Blind Loyalty booklet from 1998 & updated in 2000 are no longer posted, but I did find this one:  ABC News Projects the Winner, Nov. 3, 1998 – “ABC News posted election results on its Web site Monday night, at least 18 hours before the first votes had even been cast on Election Day. The company said the results were part of a test never meant to see the light of day.” By Niall McKay.

One of the shadow governments greatest achievements is election fraud and mail-in-ballots have become their sledgehammer.  Of course, the toxic Motor Voter of 1993 aka the National Voter Registration Act, was the first stepping stone. Us old timers fought like warriors to stop it but those who hate America with their millions and billions with the help of the prostitute media defeated us. Or I should say Congress betrayed us.

I ran for Congress against one of Newt Gingrich’s water boys, Wally Herger. Another lying RINO and long time U.S. Rep. At one minute after the polls closed in California, good old Wally was declared the winner with no votes counted.  Primary night was grand larceny for challengers like me.

One hour after the polls closed with 4% precincts reporting, Herger 86%, me: 14%. (86-14).  Two weeks before the primary with no scandals, I was 5-7% behind in three counties and gaining.  NAFTA (No American Factories Taking Applications) was a big deal then.  Herger (in a big ag and ranching district lied and said he would not vote for it.  Act surprised:  He did.

These were the alleged winners/losers that night (primary March 26, 1996): 85-15, 81-18, 85-15, 81-18, 85-15, 86-14, 87-13, 81-18 and 81-14 which was my race. Those were the results for a few incumbent’s vs challengers for the U.S. House throughout the state of California. Every incumbent, including Herger all voted for NAFTA. All challengers including me were opposed to that unconstitutional, destructive ‘agreement’. Wonder why we all allegedly lost?  Oh, those wonderful electronic voting systems – ain’t modern technology great?  Today’s technology is far more advanced than it was back then. 

Those house seats were scattered all over the state of California. Unless you’re specifically looking at a particular race, in a state the size of California or Texas, people don’t put together the pattern, but it sure as hell is there. The perception in my run was that the voters in that district overwhelmingly approved of Herger’s voting record which they did NOT. My support was firm and widespread.

The morning after the primary a woman called my office to tell me she worked a precinct in a smaller county. When she came in primary night, she observed ballots spread all over the table instead of in sealed boxes which is the law. She was told to mind her own business and go back to work. While my race was called at 8:01 pm, in the second largest county in the district, the county clerk’s office didn’t even get the ballots until hours later.

The Republican Secretary of State refused to look at my case after I filed a formal complaint. My name wasn’t on the ballot in Butte County even though I had my certification from the SOS. In violation of state law ballots were taken out of the secured boxes and he didn’t give a damn. I didn’t have the money at the time to sue. That’s when I left the Republican Party and have remained no party since.

Members of the Democrat/Communist Party USA have been screeching longer than I’ve been alive there’s no vote fraud.  We have honest elections.  Yep.  Just look at 2020.  How very convenient (timing is everything) COVID-19 suddenly took over the world and here in the U.S. even more junkyard dogs in “blue” state legislatures went to mail in ballots as their primary weapon or mandatory mail in ballots.

President Trump made another announcement that caused members of the Democrat/Communist Party USA (DCPUSA) to erupt.  It this weren’t so serious, I would laugh at this one:

Trump’s push to end mail voting will have ‘no bearing’ on Pa. elections, Shapiro says, Aug. 19, 2025: “There is no evidence of widespread fraud or corruption in the use of mail ballots, but Trump has long sought to sow doubt in election security with false claims about mail voting, and Philadelphia is often at the center of his complaints.

“Pennsylvania enacted mail voting in 2019, and it saw huge usage during the 2020 election due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Trump narrowly lost the state after discouraging his supporters from using mail voting, while Democrats voted by mail in large numbers.” Like I said, timing is everything.

California has been sending mail-in ballots to voters who no longer live in California for years. Mandatory.

I moved my disabled brother from No. California in August 2019, to Big Spring, TX where I live so I could help him.  In Oct. 2020, he received a mail-in ballot for the November election.  I notified their county elections division by certified mail my brother no longer lived in California; I held his Power of Attorney.  Before leaving California, my brother filed a Change of Address with USPS.

The attempted recall of Democrat California Gov. Gavin Newsom was Sept. 14, 2021.  My brother again received pre-notice he would receive a mail in ballot and a couple of weeks later did receive another ballot to vote in that recall effort. The following week my brother received a new mail-in-ballot from California to vote in yet another election. (Richard passed away March 3, 2024 from cancer and was buried with full military honors at a National Veterans Cemetery.)

I sent copies of all of them to our SOS; I’ve kept the original ballots.  My brother could have voted in California’s election and Texas but he didn’t because he was honest.

In the 2020 general election, the State of Nevada, thousands of votes were cast by individuals who no longer lived in the State of Nevada.  A law firm representing President-Elect Trump notified the Clark County DA that 3,062 registered voters who now lived in other states cast votes for that election.  Only about 1/3^rd of relocations were in the National Change of Address database.

The Nevada GOP came out with their final analysis, “In Nevada, we found 19,218 non-military, non-student voters who have an out-of-state mailing address but claim Nevada residency. We lined up the voter lists from all counties against publicly available USPS records on permanent change of addresses to other states. Out of the 19,218 voters, 15,164 voted by mail.”

I watched the hearing live and the partisan judge in Nevada, despite Trump’s attorney presenting seven binders of paper evidence kicked the case.

A million words have been written about the stolen election in 2020. Hell, a million words were written about the dangers of using electronic machines before it became a tool of the shadow government to make certain their lackeys (regardless of R or D) would carry out their plans. God bless Bev Harris who was a fierce fighter against election fraud way back in the 1990’s:  BlackBox voting.  No fraud? Go visit her site as the fight for fair and impartial elections goes on.

Trump can issue an EO to ban mail in ballots but I have zero doubt high paid attorneys for the DCPUSA are already putting together lawsuits as the mid-term primaries are coming at us fast.

After my alleged loss for Congress, I told my supporters and CLEAN financial donors I would never run again as long as machines and scanners were used to count the votes.  After my alleged loss in 1996, I wrote my second little booklet (43 pages) titled Blind Loyalty.  Page after page of provable (sourced) vote fraud.  I sold 700,000 copes at cost, but few seemed interested enough to continue printing so I retired it but still own the copyright.

Mike Lindell (My Pillow) has sacrificed so much to save our country at great personal expense.  He’s been leading the way towards paper ballots and doing a great job.  You know, for hundreds of years we used paper ballots hand counted in front of witnesses.  Then the money-grubbing race hustlers began their propaganda propped up by the prostitute media that “people of color” were too stupid to fill out ballots so we just must have those machines.  How insulting.

When I say paper ballots, I don’t mean a piece of paper generated by a machine or scanner.  Absentee ballots are critical for our military and those who might be (for work or on vacation, surgery) out of the country or their state at the time.  But, too many county election divisions are NOT doing their jobs and allowing a tremendous amount of fraud continues using absentee ballots.  They need their worthless asses voted out of office or fired by county commissioners.

The Demonrats, decades ago began their brain washing media campaign that physically disabled Americans were being cheated because they had to vote on election day using a paper ballot which is BS.  I know many counties who have precinct workers who go out to a person’s vehicle with a witness so the person can vote; no one is denied. Accommodations in many forms are everywhere at voting polls.

As for the legal issue of Trump banning mail in ballots by EO (Executive Order), as I wrote above, this will be a knock down dragged-out dirty fight so be prepared.  Tragically, many of the same partisan judges in swing states (2020) will still be on the bench.

What can you do?  Tell the precinct worker you want a paper ballot. You don’t want to use a machine nor do you want your ballot counted by a scanner.  Citizens in counties across the country have been successful in getting their county commissioners to abolish use of all technology and use only paper ballots.  You, your friends, relatives – it will be up to us to tell (not threaten) our country commissioners:  Get rid of mail in-ballots (with some strict exceptions), no more voting machines or scanners or I will vote you out of office.  Paper ballots will be used and counted in front of witnesses, both parties and if possible filmed.

If the DCPUSA – experts in election fraud backed by BIG bux – takes the U.S. House and/or Senate in 2026 and they will cheat their way to the general election, the MAGA movement will be dead.  I’ve been writing about vote fraud and those damn machines since 1993, and written more than 100 columns on vote fraud and those machines and scanners for totals.  Countless times as a guest on radio, speeches.

Now. Do we want fair and honest elections or fast-food elections – alleged winners announced minutes after the polls close and before a final tabulation by the SOS?  Do we want convenience over freedom and liberty by using mail in ballots? Not me.

If someone needs a ride to go vote, I’m here.  And no more voting by fellow Americans in nursing homes who sadly don’t know what day it is; during the Clinton selection election, volunteers “helped” almost comatose residents in nursing homes make X’s on a ballot.  I was absolutely sickened when that was exposed by honest reporters.

So-called swing states are critical and that’s where Trump was cheated in 2020.

I have probably a hundred articles, columns saved, so below is just a few examples of rotten corrupt career politicians (or wanna-be’s) in the DCPUSA and their thoroughly biased and dishonest media can continue to bellow there’s no vote fraud! We have honest elections!  BS.

BTW: I ran (27 years ago) on abolishing the unconstitutional ‘Federal’ Reserve, getting us out of the United Nothing (UN) to keep us from being sucked into a one world government, no ‘free’ trade and abolishing unconstitutional cabinets like the Federal Dept of Education. The only way we are going to get accurate vote counts is to scrap ALL forms of electronic voting and counting (scanning), period. NO voting over the Internet, overturn the Motor Voter Law of 1993 and crack down on absentee ballots – those are ripe for fraud. Same goes for mail-in ballots.  Paper ballots hand counted in front of the public. It’s the only way to clean up our elections.

15 Democrats Arrested For Election Fraud, Aug. 10, 2025 – “On May 1, 2025, a Frio County grand jury indicted six people, including multiple public officials, on felony election-fraud charges. The indictments, secured after a two-year investigation led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office, expose an organized ballot-harvesting operation that allegedly influenced multiple local races in a heavily Democrat region.

“Among those charged were Frio County Judge Rochelle Camacho, who faces three counts of vote harvesting;…Court filings reviewed in the case describe how vote harvesters allegedly approached voters, particularly the elderly, under the pretext of offering assistance, then took possession of ballots before they were mailed.

“In some instances, investigators say, those involved exchanged cash or electronic payments via apps like Cash App to secure ballots or voter information. Under Texas law, offering or accepting compensation for ballot collection is a third-degree felony.”

Texas man sentenced to four years for ballot fraud, Dec. 17, 2024 – “Zul Mirza Mohamed, 43, faced up to 20 years in prison after he admitted to 106 felony charges related to voter fraud, according to the NPR outlet KERA News.  He was sentenced to four years on Friday.

“Mohamed was a candidate in the election, and forged mail ballot applications under the names of Carrollton residents, which were sent to a mail store in Lewisville, where he leased a virtual mailbox.

“Elections Administrator Frank Phillips said his staff found it suspicious that multiple ballot-by-mail applications were being sought from the same address. When investigators reached out to residents to confirm they were seeking mail ballots, the residents said they had not made the requests.”
