Chicago’s streets were hijacked by an Arbaeen procession that wasn’t a parade but a manifesto — a loudspeaker call to jihad, Sharia economics, and the subjugation of non-believers.
On August 10th, downtown Chicago was seized by an Islamic procession — the Arbaeen Juloos. Armies of men marched through our streets waving flags, chanting, and asserting their dominance — not as Americans, but as Muslims.
What Is Arbaeen?
Arbaeen is a massive Shi’a ritual marking the 40th day after Ashura — the death of Imam Hussain at Karbala in 680 AD. Every year in Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, and across the Islamic world, millions march under banners of Islam, pledging loyalty to “martyrs of Karbala” and the “preservation of Islam.”
This is not a cultural parade. It is a political and essentially military show of force, designed to remind the faithful that their duty is resistance, sacrifice, and ultimately, the triumph of Islam.
And now, it’s here in Chicago.
The organizers, under the banner of “Little Hussainies,” admitted openly that the goal of this march is to “spread the message of Imam Hussain, Islam, and resistance to oppression.”
In Islamic history, the phrase “resistance to oppression” has consistently meant waging jihad against non-Muslims and replacing any non-Islamic government with rule under Islamic law (Sharia).
The Sermon: A Manifesto Over Loudspeakers
During the procession, a speaker on a loudspeaker delivered a sermon that should alarm every American.
Here are the key points — and what they really mean:
1. “Rise against the evil, the oppressor”
This isn’t abstract morality. In Islamic rhetoric, “the oppressor” means any non-Islamic authority.
In this case, it is the West itself.
Governments, laws, and societies that refuse Islamic supremacy are defined as oppressors. They must be resisted, conquered, and placed under Sharia rule.
The march in Chicago was nothing less than a call for political resistance against America.
2. “Invite people to Islam”
This is not harmless religious language — it is part of a well-documented war doctrine.
According to authoritative Islamic teachings, Dawah is not merely an invitation to convert; it is a legal requirement before Muslims can wage war on non-believers. Islamic law, as outlined in Um Dat al Salik (Reliance of the Traveller) — a manual approved by Al Azhar University, the highest authority in Sunni Islam — states in Book O, Justice, o9.8:
“The caliph makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice… and the war continues until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya).”
The process is clear: first comes Dawah, then comes Jihad.
This doctrine is echoed in Muhammad’s own teachings, which Muslims are instructed to follow as the “most perfect example of a man.” Classical manuals such as Al-Hidayah confirm:
“The Prophet did not commence combat with a people without first inviting them to Islam.”
And this sequence is rooted directly in the Koran itself. Surah At-Tawbah (9:29) orders:
“Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day … until they pay the jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
The jizyah (poll tax) for non-Muslims was not simply financial — it had to be paid in a deliberately humiliating manner, as a sign of subjugation under Islamic rule.
In other words, when Chicago hears “invite people to Islam” over loudspeakers, it is not innocent preaching; it is the first step in a war sequence mandated by Sharia – Dawah, then Jihad, then subjugation.
3. “Take the Zakat … and distribute it … All the spoils of war … must go to the righteous people”
This line is explosive.
Zakat is not charity in the Western sense. It is an obligation — essentially a tax. And under Islamic law (Reliance of the Traveller, h8.7), one of the eight mandated categories of zakat is funding jihad. That means a fixed portion of all zakat collected is not for the poor, but for fighters in the cause of Islam.
The reference to “spoils of war” is even more alarming. The Quran (Surah Al-Anfal, 8:41) spells out exactly how plunder taken from non-Muslims must be divided: one-fifth goes to Muhammad or his successors (the state), and the rest to the fighters. By invoking this framework in Chicago, the speaker was openly normalizing plunder — the seizure of wealth from unbelievers — as a legitimate economic system.
Together, this is not a religious appeal. It is a blueprint for Sharia economics:
- Taxation (zakat) funneled directly into jihad
- Confiscation of wealth from non-Muslims through “spoils of war”
- Redistribution only to Muslims deemed “righteous”

In plain terms: a call to finance jihad and to legitimize the economics of Islamic conquest — blasted over loudspeakers in the middle of downtown Chicago.
4. “You cannot even practice your own religion … because you have given the commandments of Allah into the hands of the oppressors”
This is a rejection of secular law. The message: Muslims are prevented from living under full Sharia in America, and therefore, secular authority is illegitimate. The remedy? Replace it.
5. “The oppressors … spread mischief and corruption on this land”
In the Quran, “corruption (fasad)” is a term applied to non-Muslims or anyone resisting Islam. The prescribed punishment is severe — even death. Preaching this in America brands our society as a “land of corruption” destined for judgment.
6. “Imam Hussain’s head was raised high … they propagated the message wherever they went”
This is the glorification of martyrdom, blood sacrifice, and the eternal duty to spread Islam, no matter how violent the cost.
Why This Matters
This was not a private sermon in a mosque. It was blasted on loudspeakers in downtown Chicago, a city street transformed into a platform for Sharia revolutionary propaganda.
Yet our officials stood by. The FBI was nowhere. Homeland Security was silent. Local leaders either endorsed it or looked the other way.
Would we allow Christians to march down Michigan Avenue with sermons demanding the U.S. government be overthrown and replaced with Biblical law, wealth seized as “spoils of war,” and non-believers branded as “corrupt”? Of course not. But when it’s Islam, our leaders bow their heads.
America at a Crossroads
This is not harmless multiculturalism. It is a foreign political ideology declaring itself supreme on American streets. Baghdad and Tehran already know this ritual well; now, Chicago does too.
Have we surrendered so completely that no political leader has the courage to say: This ends now?
Because if we don’t, we’re not just allowing parades. We’re allowing the groundwork for Islamist governance to take root in America.
And that is unacceptable.
