Look, we’ve all seen it. For months, the radical left has been trying to import their anti-American agenda into the heartland of our nation. They bet their media amplification machine could manufacture outrage where none exists. Socialist organizers and Hamas sympathizers have worked overtime. They want to convince Americans that supporting terrorists is somehow the moral high ground. But something remarkable happened when they brought their message to the Alamo City on Saturday afternoon.
The Party for Socialism and Liberation thought they could rally the masses in San Antonio. That’s a city of 1.5 million proud Texans, by the way. They plastered social media with calls for an “emergency protest” to support Hamas. They expected the kind of turnout that makes evening news broadcasts and creates viral moments. What they got instead was a lesson in American values that the mainstream media won’t tell you about.
Reality Hits San Antonio Streets
The so-called emergency protest managed to attract a whopping dozen participants. Yes, you read that correctly. Twelve people? In Texas? Are you kidding me? That’s in a metropolitan area of over a million residents. While hundreds of tourists enjoyed the famous Riverwalk and visited the Alamo, these socialist activists found themselves essentially talking to themselves. Their anti-Israel chants through bullhorns fell on deliberately deaf ears.
From ‘Breitbart Texas’:
Despite having a population of nearly 1.5 million residents in San Antonio to draw from, the protest advertised on social media by the local PSL chapter failed to attract hardly any socialist activists. The event was billed as an emergency protest to stop the starvation in Gaza and to call for an end to all U.S. aid to Israel.
The protesters wore Palestinian keffiyehs and waved Hamas flags. They discovered what many of us have known all along. Americans aren’t buying what they’re selling. One protester even dressed in a dark costume with a keffiyeh head covering. I’ve seen better costumes at Halloween. Seriously. He was desperately trying to create dramatic imagery for social media. But passersby offered the group little more than passing glances, if that.
Media Lies Unravel
The timing of this failed protest is particularly telling. It comes just weeks after the New York Times was forced to admit they’d been peddling Hamas propaganda as fact. (Shocking, right? The Times got it wrong.) Remember that front-page story about a starving Palestinian child? Turns out the child suffered from a pre-existing muscular disorder. Not starvation. The photo was deliberately misrepresented by multiple media outlets. It was just another piece of Hamas propaganda designed to turn American opinion against our ally Israel.
Even more damaging to their cause was the August 10 revelation about Al Jazeera “journalist” Anas Al-Sharif. These socialist protesters were supposedly honoring him. The IDF provided conclusive evidence about what he really was. Al-Sharif was actually a Hamas terrorist cell leader. He used his journalist credentials as cover while planning rocket attacks on Israeli civilians. Intelligence documents proved it all. Training rosters. Hamas salary records. We were right about these “journalists.”
The Real Story They Won’t Report
What’s really happening in Gaza contradicts everything these protesters claim. Let me get this straight – Hamas creates the problem, then blames Israel? Classic. The food insecurity they blame on Israel has a different cause. Hamas attacks humanitarian convoys. The UN can’t distribute aid properly. Hamas literally creates the crisis. Then they use manipulated images of sick children to generate international sympathy. It’s a propaganda playbook as old as terrorism itself.
But Texans aren’t falling for it. Think about this image for a second. While a dozen confused socialists waved their flags above the Riverwalk, hundreds of American families below enjoyed their weekend. They were celebrating the freedom and prosperity that capitalism and strong international alliances provide. The contrast couldn’t be more stark. Or more telling.
The socialist organizers returned to their social media echo chambers. No doubt they’re blaming “fascism” or “corporate media” for their failure to draw a crowd. They’ll never admit the truth. Americans are experiencing genuine woke fatigue. We’re tired of being told to hate our allies. We’re tired of being told to embrace our enemies. We’re tired of apologizing for our success. When radicals call for revolution in Texas, they’re met not with counter-protests or violence. They’re met with something far more devastating to their cause – complete indifference. And that silence? It speaks louder than any bullhorn ever could.
Key Takeaways
- Socialist protesters managed only 12 attendees in a city of 1.5 million Texans
- Media outlets admitted to spreading fake Hamas propaganda about starving children
- Al Jazeera “journalist” honored by protesters was actually a Hamas terrorist leader
- Americans are rejecting radical left ideology through deliberate indifference, not confrontation
