Most of the West has become indifferent to good and evil, caring far more about jargon, feelings, and appearances than about substance. It is why no Western country has an admirably moral leader and why America is still even now, despite the 2024 election, in grave danger of becoming a socialist country.
St. Maximilian Kolbe, who died in the man-made hell of Nazi Auschwitz on Aug.14, 1941, said, “The most deadly poison of our times is indifference. And this happens, although the praise of God should know no limits. Let us strive, therefore, to praise Him to the greatest extent of our powers.”
