She is sick of the lies the left tells about her and President Trump.
Melania Trump just hit Hunter Biden with this billion-dollar threat.
Melania Trump’s attorney Alejandro Brito fired off a letter to Hunter Biden demanding an immediate retraction for false claims Hunter Biden made about Melania Trump and Jeffrey Epstein in an interview with Andrew Callaghan on his Channel 5 show.
“These false, disparaging, defamatory, and inflammatory statements are extremely salacious and have been widely disseminated throughout various digital mediums,” Brito’s letter read. “Indeed, the video has since been re-published by various media outlets, journalists, and political commentators with millions of social media followers that have disseminated the false and defamatory statements therein to tens of millions of people worldwide.”
“Consequently, you have caused Mrs. Trump to suffer overwhelming financial and reputational harm,” Brito added.
In the interview, Hunter Biden falsely claimed that Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania to Donald Trump, a statement that Brito contended delivered the false impression that Melania Trump was a girl that Epstein trafficked.
“They spent an enormous amount of time together,” Biden claimed about Trump and Epstein. “That’s how Melania, and the first lady and the president met. Yeah, according to Michael Wolff.”
Brito told Hunter Biden that this was no joke, and if he didn’t retract his statement, the First Lady would be forced to file a defamation lawsuit where she would seek $1 billion in damages.
“If you do not comply with the above by August 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST, Mrs. Trump will be left with no alternative but to enforce her legal and equitable rights, all of which are expressly reserved and are not waived, including by filing legal action for over $1 Billion Dollars in damages,” Brito added. “You are on notice.”
Hunter Biden isn’t the first leftist to find out Melania Trump was serious about protecting her reputation from lies and smears about Epstein.
Brito noted that the source of Hunter Biden’s claim was “serial fabulist Michael Wolff,” who made similar claims in a Daily Beast article.
In the letter, Brito reminded Hunter Biden that the Daily Beast deleted the article with Wolf’s false claims about Melania Trump and Epstein and issued an apology.
“Following receipt of our cease-and-desist demand letter just a week ago, The Daily Beast issued an apology to Mrs. Trump and retracted the false and defamatory statements contained in the article by deleting it in its entirety,” Brito’s letter continued. “Despite this, you have unjustifiably relied upon Mr. Wolff’s false, defamatory, disparaging, and inflammatory statements about Mrs. Trump and maliciously elected to republish them.”

Democrat strategist James Carville also issued a public apology for making comments about Melania Trump and Epstein on his podcast,
“In last week’s podcast episode, we spoke with Judd Legum. After the episode, we received a letter from Melania Trump’s lawyer. He took issue with our title of one of those YouTube videos from that episode and a couple of comments I made about the first lady. We took a look at what they complained about and we took down the video and edited out those comments from the episode. I also take back these statements and apologize,” Carville’s apology read.
In the first term, Democrats and the media could get away with lying about President Trump and his family.
Now there is zero tolerance for slander in the Trump family.
