A trans-identified male in Denmark with a history of publicly sharing homemade pornography of himself has been involved in ongoing litigation against a psychotherapist for “transphobia.” Nadia Jacobsen has accused Lotte Ingerslev of harassment on the basis of “misgendering” and is demanding a payout of DKK 100,000, or approximately $15,000 USD.
On August 12, Ingerslev appeared in the Court in Lyngby to defend herself against Jacobsen’s defamation and harassment claims, backed by a small crowd of supporters. At the center of the case is a blog post published by Ingerslev in March 2024 which documents Jacobsen’s disturbing sexual behavior and his work consulting on “inclusivity” policies for the Danish Football Association (DBU).
That article, originally published on March 6 to her website transkoen.dk, was titled: “Man whose pornographic, fetish-focused videos are available for public viewing online helped draft DBU’s new ‘inclusive’ recommendations to allow men into girls’ changing rooms.”
Jacobsen’s lawyer, Nicolaj Nielsen, has argued that Ingerslev’s “misgendering” of him – referring to him as a man – throughout the blog post constitutes criminal harassment, and have highlighted 67 quotes in particular which they say amount to harassment, stating in a June 30 plea: “It is maintained that misgendering is a well-known form of harassment directed at transgender individuals.”
Nielsen concluded the court hearing by arguing: “Freedom of speech does not protect harassment of people with minority status.”
*** Update on my lawsuit here in Denmark: ***
My case is due in court on August 12th, and “MISGENDERING” is still a part of it.
As many of you know, I am being taken to court by a “trans woman”. His name is Nadia Jacobsen.

Conversely, Ingerslev’s defense attorney Heidi Højmark argued that she had not “misgendered” Jacobsen, but rather, in calling him a man, had made a “factual description.”
At the center of the case was Ingerslev’s blog post on Jacobsen, which revealed that the man frequently posted disturbing fetish content on public platforms. In one post made by Jacobsen to his now-defunct Tumblr account, nadiatv, he can be seen engaging with his male followers by way of gamifying his own sexual masochism.
Titled “No More Masturbating,” Jacobsen wrote: “I have gotten to a point where I don’t really want to masturbate like a boy anymore, so I will only be c*mming like a woman. To make it a little more interesting I am going to let you all decide for how long I should refrain from masturbating.”
Jacobsen continues by referring to a device known as a “chastity cage” used in fetish practices associated with men who have a fetish for pretending to be a woman. The device incorporates a locking mechanism which encloses male genitalia. “I can’t wear a chastity cage all the time, but when I am home I will and you will have my word that I won’t do it when I am out of chastity.”

Reduxx has also seen several photos and videos of Jacobsen masturbating himself anally with a sex toy while pretending to be a woman and wearing lingerie.
As previously revealed by Reduxx, Jacobsen is a member of nearly 200 fetish groups on Flickr dedicated to the transgender pornography genres known as forced feminization and sissification, which involve the sexualization of men being made to “become” women or girls through sadomasochistic rituals.
Jacobsen also follows hundreds of pornography and “sissy” accounts on Flickr. One particularly disturbing account followed by Jacobsen, Sissyslave Dizzy Miss Sizzy, belongs to a man who creates photos of himself while pretending to be a woman that involve themes of torture, rape, abduction, and sexual violence.
Jacobsen has saved a significant amount of fetish pornography to his “faves” album, including images from one account run by a man who uses AI in order to alter his face to resemble an underage girl, and another that involves an adult man dressing up as a young girl for sexual reasons.

Statements made by Ingerslev within her blog post that Jacobsen’s attorneys have cited as harassment include her observation that he posted publicly about feeling elated about the death of a woman he describes as an “uber TERF.” The acronym, which stands for Trans-Exclusionary Radical Feminist, is frequently employed by trans activists to slander women who voice concerns about gender identity ideology. Jacobsen stated that he “could have rejoiced” when the unnamed woman died, because he “was absolutely not sad about their [sic] death.”

Another statement flagged by Jacobsen’s attorneys as “harassment” reads: “How much longer will girls and women have to put up with being gaslighted by people who deny that it can be fetishistically motivated when men want to appear as women?” Dozens of other statements have been listed in the complaint against Ingerslev for referring to Jacobsen with masculine pronouns.
The day after Ingerslev initially published the blog post, March 7, Jacobsen took to a trans activist network on the social media site Mastodon to issue a menacing message:
“They’re not getting away with this,” Jacobsen wrote. “And all other anti-trans activists should be deterred from ever doing the same to others. I’m taking this to the end, they’re damn well going to regret the day they came after me. And it should be remembered in the future what happens when you do this.”
By the following day, March 8 – International Women’s Day – her web hosting service had disabled access to the article without explanation. Additionally, a Mastodon user known as “Cat Schroedinger” sent Jacobsen an aerial GPS photo of her home, as well as a link directly informing him of her address.
Jacobsen is a member of a group called TransTjek, which is described on the Medium account as “an independent research collective that fact-checks… media coverage of, and the public conversation about, transgender people in Denmark and abroad.”
TransTjek’s mission statement also reads: “We will also provide insight into who the anti-trans movement is and what methods they use to spread hatred and misinformation about trans people… We are here to give voice to facts, compassion, and justice, and to create a more tolerant and informed world for everyone.”

Jacobsen has publicly thanked TransTjek for their support when announcing his plan to file a defamation suit against Ingerslev. The post was made during a period in which Ingerslev received an onslaught of abuse and targeted attacks online.
On April 15, Jacobsen initiated a crowdfunder to raise money to file a lawsuit against Ingerslev. In the description, Jacobsen accuses her article of an “attack” of a “violent degree.”
“I will not put up with the baseless accusations, so I will initiate a defamation lawsuit against her, but it could be expensive and there is no guarantee that I will win, so I have set up this fundraiser and I hope you will all support it. Not only for my sake, but also to ensure that transgender people in the future don’t have to go around fearing that the same thing will happen to them,” Jacobsen wrote.
On September 4, Ingerslev received a summons to attend the court case. Approximately three weeks later, Jacobsen indirectly compared Ingerslev to a Nazi in a Facebook post, claiming that she intends to “eradicate” men like himself in the same way Hitler committed the mass murder of Jews.
For reporting on the lawsuit, Reduxx has also been targeted by Jacobsen, with an article published in October having been removed repeatedly by Facebook – not only from the Reduxx page, but by others who independently shared it on their timeline.

Presented as evidence in Ingerslev’s defense during court proceedings was an image of a post made by Jacobsen similarly comparing Reduxx personnel to “Neo-Nazis.”
The courts’s decision in the lawsuit is expected September 9.
Jacobsen was previously a member of a working group with the Danish Football Union and provided input on “the inclusion of multiple gender identities” in the sport. On November 24, 2023, the DBU published a statement announcing that “all genders are welcome in Danish football,” and promising to implement a new position within the organization for a “diversity officer.”
Additionally, the DBU published a guidance on “inclusion” with Jacobsen’s input, which encourages Danish football clubs to permit men to enter women’s locker rooms and changing facilities.
“The dressing situation can be challenging for people with a different gender identity, and it is important that care is taken about the possible challenges, so that the dressing situation does not strain inclusion,” reads the document.
“All parties are encouraged to seek pragmatic solutions for changing facilities, which can satisfy different dressing needs and increase transgender, intersex and non-binary people’s sense of being welcome in community in the locker room.”
