TRAGEDY IN TEXAS: Three people are dead and four more injured after a shooter opened fire in the parking lot of a Target store in Austin.
The suspect, a 32-year-old man with a reported history of mental health issues, stole two cars while fleeing before being tased and taken into custody.
Police are still searching for a motive.
