Fifteen years ago, I wrote this in a column:  Why hasn’t the Director of the U.S. Census Bureau been indicted? February 2, 2010

“Keeping with the Obama Administration’s mission to conduct the most diverse outreach campaign in history, the director of the U.S. Census Bureau is touring Mexican border towns with high illegal immigrant populations to personally assure that those who fill out questionnaires this spring will not be deported.

“This is a safe thing for everyone to do regardless of your immigration status,” the president’s handpicked census director (Robert Groves) told residents of a renowned illegal alien “colonia” in south Texas this week. He visited several dilapidated makeshift homes off of a dirt road in a Laredo neighborhood called San Carlos to stress that census data will be kept confidential and not turned over to immigration authorities.”

Where was DHS (Dept of Homeland Security)?  Who was the US AG who allowed the above to happen?  Eric Holder. Aiding and abetting illegal aliens (not migrants, immigrants or undocumented) violates our immigration laws.  They were not invited here; they lied and cheated to get here to steal jobs that belong to Americans and fleece YOUR paycheck to pay for their “free” health care which is overwhelming and collapsing our health care system, housing, food, our natural resources like water and more.

But the Constitution doesn’t and hasn’t mattered to both parties (with a few exceptions) longer than I’ve been alive (76 years).  Cheap labor, NGO’s raking in the bux to help distribute illegals all across this country.  This isn’t a popularity contest and for decades now illegal aliens have been stealing our resources, raping, killing, robbing innocent Americans.  How many terrorists and America haters have escaped Border Patrol?  They’re here for one reason which should be obvious by now:  Votes for the rancid, corrupt Democrat/Communist Party USA.  There are now so many RINO’s in CON-gress and state houses, a huge number of Americans simply refer to CON-gress as the “uni-party”.

The director of the U.S. Census Bureau was there to make sure illegals get their share of YOUR paycheck while your family goes without because of high taxes. They use the census with dozens of questions to make sure they get what you bust your arse for – “their fair share”?  BS.  The last two times a census taker came to my door, the nice ladies identified themselves, handed me the census form to fill out and return.

Both times I politely told them to wait just a minute.  Here’s the 2020 Census Form – all 8 pages asking question after question.  Page 1, question 1. How many people were living or staying in this house apartment, or mobile home on April 1, 2020?

I put one as my husband had already passed away the second time but I also refused the 2010 snooping and answered only question one; my doggies don’t count.  I then put a big X on all the rest on every page and handed it back.  Both times the ladies were stunned and asked did I need a new form? – as in you messed up, lady.  I said no and explained why.

13 U.S. Code § 141 – Population and other census information (Cornell Law School (Emphasis mine.)

(a) – The Secretary shall, in the year 1980 and every 10 years thereafter, take a decennial census of population as of the first day of April of such year, which date shall be known as the “decennial census date”, in such form and content as he may determine, including the use of sampling procedures and special surveys. In connection with any such census, the Secretary is authorized to obtain such other census information as necessary. [Note: It’s not necessary to know if I’m male or female (the ONLY two sexes), race and all the other inquisitive questions], only how many humans lived at that address.

(b) – The tabulation of total population by States under subsection (a) of this section as required for the apportionment of Representatives in Congress among the several States shall be completed within 9 months after the census date and reported by the Secretary to the President of the United States.

Words have meaning – especially in law.  How many people resided or stayed at my house was question 1.  I was done.  The ladies said it was the law. I had to fill out all 8 pages.  I explained the word population (in this case to determine the number of U.S. House members) had nothing to do with all the snooping on those 8 pages.  Illegal aliens have no right to vote or run for Congress.  Art. 1. Section 2, Clause 2:  “No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five years, and been seven years a citizen of the United States…”

They said they understood and left each time with my census filled out: Question 1 and that was the only box I checked.  I never heard back either time but was prepared for a legal battle; fortunately, a law firm offered to represent me pro bono if I was charged.  I don’t recommend you do as I did unless you’re ready for a round with the feds or have legal counsel.

Elected corrupt public servants have been going all out to protect liars, murderers, freeloaders, cheats and thieves for personal gain or more important:  voting in OUR elections and seats in Congress.  No illegal aliens or asylum seekers (93% rejected clogging our courts and robbing legitimate plaintiffs the opportunity to present important cases) should be counted during the census.

Prolific writer and amazing woman before her time Vivien Kellems, understood the theft taking place against the working man’s paycheck. The following is an excerpt from pages 41-46 of her book, Toil, Taxes and Trouble, published in 1952 and legally right on point: (Emphasis mine.)

“Since a capitation means a tax of the same amount for every person, this provision makes doubly sure that all federal taxes must be at the same uniform rate for everybody. This limitation that direct taxes be levied by the Federal Government must be in proportion to a census and apportioned among the States in accordance with numbers, is the only provision in the Constitution that is stated twice.

“The only reason that our Constitution required a census to be taken every ten years was to count the people to determine how many Representatives should go to Congress, and how direct taxes should be levied. I wonder how many Americans thought of this in 1950 when those little busybodies came knocking on their doors, asking ten thousand impudent, silly questions which were none of their, or Washington’s, business.

“There is absolutely no power granted in the Constitution which enables a top-heavy bureaucracy of empty-headed simpletons, and worse, to invade the privacy of the American people in such a monstrous manner.  The census is just a preview of what is really in store for us if they actually take over, which they most certainly will do unless we uproot and vote them out.

“The census was to count the people – that was all. The number of people determined the number of Representatives in Congress and the apportionment of direct taxes among the states.

“For a long time I asked myself, ‘Why were Representatives and direct taxes linked together and apportioned among the States in accordance with population?’ It was understandable that Representatives should be chosen in accordance with numbers but why should taxes be apportioned the same way? And then one day, out of the blue, it came to me crystal clear. All at once I understood the plan to safeguard the future freedom of the nation, conceived and executed by those scholarly men.

“I read again: ‘Representatives and direct taxes shall be included within this Union, according to their respective numbers…’ ‘No capitation, or other direct tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the Census of Enumeration hereinbefore directed to be taken.’ And in those two sentences our forefathers bound fast the hands of Congress and secured the liberty and freedom of the American people. How? By making it utterly impossible to levy an income tax.”

If you go look at that 2020 census form you’ll understand the “flow of trillions of dollars in government debt funds” – almost all of it unconstitutional but brings in votes.  Not to mention how much goes to individuals who have NO right to be on U.S. soil.

Trump tried once before, I pray he is successful this time.  Trump ordered a new census that doesn’t count undocumented immigrants. The corruption in this country from county to city to state capitols to CON-gress and over decades, the White House is staggering.  The lying, cheating and greed is almost beyond words by members of the Democrat/Communist Party USA.  Oh, there’s a few Republicans here and there but DemonRats in power make sure they target Republicans while their comrades walk free.

You see, for them it’s all about power and greed as their master.  I am a capitalist and firmly believe what you earn legally you can spend any way you want.  But too many of these cockroaches in state houses and CON-gress care not what you make just as long as you make them millionaires while in office.

What a party!  Farewell Address (1796), George Washington known as Father of Our Country and much loved.  Summary:

Washington spoke of the dangers of political power – party affiliation – which came to pass in this country decades ago: “The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government. But the Constitution which at any time exists, until changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all. The very idea of the power and the right of the people to establish government presupposes the duty of every individual to obey the established government. (Emphasis mine)

“All obstructions to the execution of the laws, all combinations and associations under whatever plausible character, with the real design to direct, control, counteract, or awe the regular deliberation and action of the constituted authorities, are destructive of this fundamental principle and of fatal tendency.

“They serve to organize faction, to give it an artificial and extraordinary force—to put in the place of the delegated will of the nation the will of a party; often a small but artful and enterprising minority of the community; and, according to the alternate triumphs of different parties, to make the public administration the mirror of the ill concerted and incongruous projects of faction, rather than the organ of consistent and wholesome plans digested by common councils and modified by mutual interests.

“However combinations or associations of the above description may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely, in the course of time and things, to become potent engines by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.”

“I have already intimated to you the danger of parties in the state, with particular reference to the founding of them on geographical discriminations. Let me now take a more comprehensive view and warn you in the most solemn “manner against the baneful effects of the spirit of party, generally.

“This spirit, unfortunately, is inseparable from our nature, having its root in the strongest passions of the human mind. It exists under different shapes in all governments, more or less stifled, controlled, or repressed; but, in those of the popular form, it is seen in its greatest rankness and is truly their worst enemy.

“The alternate domination of one faction over another, sharpened by the spirit of revenge natural to party dissension, which in different ages and countries has perpetrated the most horrid enormities, is itself a frightful despotism. But this leads at length to a more formal and permanent despotism.” *End*

Washington goes on to speak of foreign entanglements and why we should avoid them.  There have been many political parties since the Founding; past presidents:  Washington unaffiliated.  John Adams Federalist, Thomas Jefferson Democrat-Republican.  William Henry Harrison, Whig and so forth. For decades now we have the Libertarian Party, the Green Party and many others as well as the two dominating ones:  Democrat/Communist Party USA and the Republican Party.  For many decades we’ve seen lying and cheating on a scale unimaginable when our nation was birthed.  Yeah, there were disagreements, but nothing like we’ve seen since President Trump announced his presidency on June 16, 2015.

It’s not just the WH; mayors, city councils, state reps, state senators, U.S. Reps and Senators lie through their teeth right to your face. The majority, I firmly believe, is to move them up the ladder of power and greed.  And backed by millionaires and billionaires who don’t care which party, all they want is what they can get passed by CON-gress or a state legislature.

But, Trump is in his final term and the rats are scrambling to retain the best criminal defense attorneys money can buy.  Some will never be held accountable like career criminal Joe Biden or Robert Mueller who reportedly is in a memory care facility (likely Altzheimer’s).  Watching the former FBI Director, Christopher Wray and the worst AG in our history, little weeinie and vengeful, Merrick Garland, lie during live hearings – they need to be convicted and thrown in a federal cage right along with their coconspirators. This is just a short list, but take the time to read them.
