This is part of the threat of bad theology and putting up a postage stamp piece of land with people that call themselves Jews but are not (Revelation 2:9; 3:9), and then attempting to “protect” allegedly “God’s chosen people”, who are not, rather than uphold the Constitution which forbids just this kind of tyranny in the very First Amendment. But hey, we all know these politicians care nothing for the US Constitution.
The Department of Homeland Security posted there it was tying nearly $2 billion in state disaster funds to states or cities that are boycotting Israel or Israeli companies. In other words, those states, that paid in money, would not receive that money based on their lack of support for a foreign country.
Sounds like treason to me. Let’s look further.
The Times of Israel reported:
To qualify for emergency relief funding, federal disaster agency says states must certify they will not sever ‘commercial relations specifically with Israeli companies’
WASHINGTON (Reuters) — US states and cities that boycott Israeli companies will be denied federal aid for natural disaster preparedness, the Trump administration announced Monday, tying routine federal funding to its political stance.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency stated in grant notices posted on Friday that states must follow its “terms and conditions.”
Those conditions require that they certify they will not sever “commercial relations specifically with Israeli companies.”
The requirement applies to at least $1.9 billion that states rely on to cover search-and-rescue equipment, emergency manager salaries and backup power systems among other expenses, according to 11 agency grant notices reviewed by Reuters.
The requirement is the Trump administration’s latest effort to use federal funding to promote its views on Israel.
The Department of Homeland Security, the agency that oversees FEMA, in April said that boycotting Israel is prohibited for states and cities receiving its grant funds.
FEMA separately said in July that US states will be required to spend part of their federal terrorism prevention funds on helping the government arrest migrants, an administration priority.
The Israel requirement takes aim at BDS, the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions movement designed to put economic pressure on Israel to end its control of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, territories the Palestinians claim for a future state. The campaign’s supporters grew more vocal in 2023, after Hamas carried out its October 7 massacres in southern Israel and Israel invaded Gaza in response.
“DHS will enforce all antidiscrimination laws and policies, including as it relates to the BDS movement, which is expressly grounded in antisemitism,” a spokesperson for Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said in a statement.
The requirement is largely symbolic. At least 34 states already have anti-BDS laws or policies, according to a University of Pennsylvania law journal.
Let me say that I live in one of those states, South Carolina, and those laws conflict with the First Amendment and those who pushed forward that pretended legislation should be removed from office and prosecuted for their treason against the people on behalf of a foreign government, Israel.
However, backlash online had an effect and the Trump administration quietly removed those ties, or so they say.
In another report from The Times of Israel:
WASHINGTON — US President Donald Trump’s administration quickly reversed course Monday on compelling American cities and states to avoid boycotts of Israeli companies in order to receive disaster funds, according to a statement, and deleted the earlier policy from its website hours after it was posted.
The Department of Homeland Security removed its statement requiring states to certify they will not sever “commercial relations specifically with Israeli companies” to qualify for the funding.
Reuters reported earlier Monday that the language applied to at least $1.9 billion that states rely on to cover search-and-rescue equipment, emergency manager salaries, and backup power systems, among other expenses, according to 11 agency grant notices reviewed by the news agency.
This is a shift for the Trump administration, which has previously tried to penalize institutions that don’t align with its views on Israel or antisemitism.
The disaster funding requirement took aim at the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, designed to put economic pressure on Israel to end its control of the West Bank and Gaza. The campaign’s supporters grew more vocal in 2023, after Hamas carried out its October 7 massacres in southern Israel, sparking the still ongoing war in Gaza.
FEMA grants remain governed by existing law and policy and not political litmus tests,” said DHS Spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin in a statement on Monday afternoon.
DHS oversees the Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA, in grant notices posted on Friday, said states must follow its “terms and conditions” to qualify for disaster preparation funding.
Those conditions required that they not support what the agency called a “discriminatory prohibited boycott,” a term defined as refusing to deal with “companies doing business in or with Israel.” The new terms, posted later on Monday, do not include that language.
Of course, the Trump administration tried to weasel its way out of looking like tyrants, but it isn’t going to work.
There is NO FEMA requirement tied to Israel in any current NOFO. No states have lost funding, and no new conditions have been imposed.

Axios reported the administration tried to deny they did what they did in targeting people for their political and financial opposition to the Zionist state.
The Trump administration appears to have changed a policy that previously stated that states and cities that boycott Israeli companies could be ineligible for disaster relief funds, it emerged on Monday.
The big picture: An April Department of Homeland Security notice stated that recipients were prohibited from “limiting commercial relations specifically with Israeli companies” in order to qualify for assistance, but this wording was not included in a later August version outlining the terms and conditions for FEMA applicants.
The latest: The change became apparent after the DHS pushed back on Axios’ earlier report on the matter via a post to X.
What they’re saying: DHS did not immediately answer Axios’ questions on when and why it changed its terms and conditions, but the URL indicates it was in August.
- However, a DHS spokesperson told Axios, “There is no FEMA requirement tied to Israel in any current [Notice of Funding Opportunity]. No states have lost funding, and no new conditions have been imposed.”
- The spokesperson added, “FEMA grants remain governed by existing law and policy and not political litmus tests. DHS will enforce all anti-discrimination laws and policies, including as it relates to the BDS movement, which is expressly grounded in antisemitism. Those who engage in racial discrimination should not receive a single dollar of federal funding.”
State of play: States rely on these funds to cover search-and-rescue equipment, emergency manager salaries and backup power systems, among other expenses, according to a Reuters analysis.
- The requirement targets the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions movement, a Palestinian-led movement advocating for Palestinian rights and “urges action to pressure Israel to comply with international law,” per its website.
- At least 34 states passed anti-BDS laws between 2014 and 2023, according to a University of Pennsylvania law journal report.
- Representatives for emergency and disaster agencies in California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon and Texas did not immediately respond to Axios’ request for comment earlier on Monday.
Flashback: President Trump has threatened to withhold disaster relief aid from California over political differences with Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom.
- In May, a coalition of 20 Democratic attorneys general sued the Trump administration for threatening to withhold billions of disaster relief funds if they don’t cooperate with federal immigration enforcement officials.
Are you starting to see a pattern with this administration’s obsession with Zionist Israel? Antisemitism laws, Noahide laws and now this? Surely you see the puppetmasters at this point. They need to be held accountable because this is nothing short of treason against the American People.
And please don’t tell me Israel is out “ally”. No friends, they are our enemy and US veterans who were attacked by Israel at the behest of our own government have tried to warn us, along with many preachers today.
