President Donald Trump just revoked a Biden-era abortion rule.
The rule, according to The Hill, allowed veterans to receive abortions under their medical package.
The Biden administration okayed the rule back in 2022.
MAJOR WIN: The Trump Admin is set to rescind the Biden-era Veterans Affairs policy that pushed illegal abortions. This is a major pro-life win and a step toward restoring the rule of law.

Background
The Biden-era rule came following the Supreme Court case that overturned Roe v. Wade, returning the issue of whether or not abortions ought to be legal to the people and their state representatives.
Breitbart News reports:
The pro-abortion Biden administration promulgated a rule in September 2022 allowing veterans and covered dependents to obtain taxpayer-funded abortions in cases of rape and incest and to protect the life or health of the pregnant woman, as well as abortion counseling. The Biden administration issued the rule in response to the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade, a 1973 ruling that had invented a constitutional right to abortion.
This, in other words, was one of several different ways that Democrats attempted to fight back against the Supreme Court ruling.
They, of course, would have liked to have legalized abortion via Congress, but there has never been enough support for that – despite claims about how popular pro-abortion policies are.
Now, though, Trump and his administration are ending the Biden-era rule.
The latest
The revocation was recently announced by the Department of Veteran Affairs.
It wrote:
As a matter of law, it is without question that VA has the authority to bar provision of abortion services through the VA medical benefits package to veterans. From 1999 until 2022 that is in fact what VA did. It was not until 2022 when the VA Secretary reversed this course. The stated reason for doing so was a reaction to a Supreme Court decision, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, that itself was intended to prevent federal overreach and return to States control over the provision of abortion services.
The department went on to say that the Biden administration “used Dobbs to do the exact opposite of preventing overreach.”
Instead, the department accused the Biden administration of “creating a purported Federal entitlement to abortion for veterans where none had existed before and without regard to State law.”
The department also notes that the Biden administration “predicted a high demand for VA abortions that never materialized.”
