‘Russiagate’ Documents Show Hillary Clinton at the Forefront of the Scandal

Newly released documents from the Trump administration have reignited the “Russiagate” scandal — and this time, Hillary Clinton is front and center.

“Literally, Hillary Clinton should be behind bars,” Megyn Kelly said on her show Thursday after the new intel dropped. “This woman should be in jail.”

The documents include a once-classified annex to Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation. The report lays out more evidence that Clinton’s 2016 campaign orchestrated the Trump-Russia hoax to distract from her own email scandal.

“She cooked up a plan to accuse Trump of being a Russian agent,” Kelly said. “It’s so blatantly corrupt.”

The Clinton campaign has long been tied to the Steele Dossier, a now-discredited collection of fake claims against then-candidate Donald Trump. What’s new is the extent to which intelligence agencies and foreign actors were involved — and ignored.

“She made up a scandal,” Kelly said, “and the intel agencies helped her spread the lie.”

According to the declassified documents, Dutch intelligence spied on Russian hackers who had infiltrated communications from Clinton’s inner circle.

The Russians allegedly learned about the plan to frame Trump, and the Dutch passed that intel to U.S. authorities, per the Conservative Brief.

“The Dutch said, ‘Yo, hey, this is bad,’” Kelly said.

Rather than shut it down, the FBI — led at the time by James Comey — opened an investigation into Trump’s campaign instead.

“Why haven’t these people been arrested?” Kelly asked. “Why was Michael Flynn prosecuted but not these people?”

Durham was appointed to investigate the origins of the Russia probe. Even he admitted that parts of his own findings had never been made public — until now.

“New pieces are coming in by the day thanks to these declassifications,” Kelly said. “And it’s downright shocking.”

The documents back up earlier claims that the Clinton campaign was behind the fake Trump-Russia narrative and weaponized the DOJ and FBI to go after her political opponent.

“It now looks like the Russians didn’t hack the DNC,” Kelly said. “They hacked people around Team Clinton and discovered the plot.”

Kelly didn’t hold back. “She’s not delusional. She’s a liar to her core.”

The bombshell revelations were broken down in detail by journalist Michael Shellenberger on his Substack, Public. Kelly credited his reporting as she reacted in real-time.

“This s**t’s crazy, what she did,” Kelly said. “I don’t even have the words.”

Despite mountains of evidence and a growing number of declassified documents, Clinton and her team have faced zero consequences.

“She’s still walking around acting like she won and he stole this election,” Kelly said. “And everyone just lets her.”

These new disclosures are fueling calls from conservatives for serious legal action. As Kelly put it bluntly: “The people who did this should be in prison.”
