If you take the table on intraracial crime from the 2018 National Crime Victimization Survey, and multiple out the numbers you get these results. We had previously broken out the intraracial murder rate data. The ratios for the different combinations of races is shown below.

Blacks committed violent crime against whites 9.17 times more than the reverse.
Blacks committed violent crime against Hispanics 2.5 times more than the reverse.
Blacks committed violent crime against Asians 88.9 times more than the reverse.
Hispanics commit violent crime against whites 1.8 times more than the reverse.
Hispanics commit violent crime against Asians 2.9 times more than the reverse.
Asians commit violent crime against whites 1.8 times more than the reverse.
