(NewsNation) —A suspect is in custody following a police-involved shooting at a casino and resort in Reno, Nevada, on Monday.
Authorities say multiple people were injured, and an adult male suspect is in custody and has been hospitalized.
The condition of those shot was not immediately known.
The shooting was reported around 7:30 a.m. and involved an officer at the Grand Sierra Resort. The Reno Police Department is asking people to stay out of the area.
