If you’ve ever wondered how deep the Hillary Clinton rabbit hole goes, buckle up — because the latest document dump from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard just handed us another shovel.
Released this week by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, a 2020 House Intelligence Committee report—yes, from four years ago—is now public. And the findings are about as subtle as a brick through a window.
Turns out, if the Russian intel services really wanted to help Donald Trump win the 2016 election, they could’ve done a whole lot more damage to Hillary Clinton — and with plenty of ammunition they already had. But they didn’t. Strange behavior from a regime supposedly bent on installing Trump as their puppet, isn’t it?
Let’s get to the meat of it.
The declassified report reveals a few uncomfortable truths for Democrats. For starters, Russian intelligence knew Clinton was a walking health liability. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally — “fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness” were apparently part of her daily cycle. Not exactly the temperament you want for the nuclear codes.
More troubling, the Russians weren’t the only ones who knew. According to the documents, President Obama and DNC leadership were reportedly alarmed by Clinton’s declining condition and feared it would wreck her chances. But instead of pulling the plug or leveling with the public, they chose to hope nobody noticed when she faceplanted into a van.
That alone would’ve been campaign-ending — if the media had been interested in doing its job. But they were too busy accusing Donald Trump of being a KGB agent every time he cleared his throat.
Then there’s the small matter of the DNC allegedly offering support for Russia’s interests in post-Soviet countries in exchange for backing Clinton. According to the report, there were “secret meetings” involving State Department officials and U.S. religious organizations, with offers of financing and diplomatic “patronage” floated to sweeten the deal.
So let’s recap: Clinton’s team was dangling American foreign policy like a clearance sale at a flea market, all to curry favor with a hostile foreign power. And yet Trump got smeared for saying the word “Russia” in a debate.
Now add to this the smoking crater that was the Clinton email investigation.
The report states that Russian intelligence had documentation showing the Clinton campaign planned to fabricate ties between Trump and Russian hackers to distract from her own scandal. Oh, and DNC staffers were allegedly getting real-time updates from the DOJ about the investigation. That’s coordination on a level that should make any honest American nervous.
One intercepted conversation even claimed that then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch was “working to control” former FBI Director James Comey. Remember when Comey said he felt pressured during the Clinton probe? Yeah — this is why.
And yet, in the closing weeks of the campaign — when all of this could have been used to absolutely torch Clinton — Putin didn’t act. That’s not exactly what you’d expect from a regime hell-bent on getting Trump into the White House.
Which brings us to the uncomfortable truth no one in the mainstream press wants to admit: Hillary Clinton didn’t lose because of Russian interference. She lost because she was a historically bad candidate with more baggage than a Samsonite warehouse. Her health was failing, her scandals were endless, and her arrogance was palpable. The Democrats knew it. Obama knew it. The Russians knew it.
But rather than accept that reality, the Obama White House launched the most absurd blame-shifting campaign in modern political history. Trump, Carter Page, Michael Flynn, George Papadopoulos — if you so much as sneezed in Moscow’s direction, you were labeled a Russian asset.
And now that Tulsi Gabbard, of all people, is helping release these inconvenient truths, the media suddenly has a problem. Not with the facts. Not with Clinton’s corruption. But with Tulsi’s tone.
Seriously?
The truth is that this declassified report doesn’t just validate long-dismissed concerns — it flat-out obliterates the mainstream narrative that Putin was Trump’s puppet master. If anything, Moscow was ready to make Hillary dance like a marionette. They just didn’t need to. She imploded all by herself.
So here we are, almost a decade later, and the Democrats still haven’t learned the most basic lesson: Sometimes, the call is coming from inside the house.
And no, Tulsi isn’t the villain. She’s just the unlucky soul left to sweep up the shattered narrative they worked so hard to build.
