Incompetence—The Hidden Facilitator of Chaos and Destruction

Incompetence was a subject of my preceding column, discussing Sleeper Cells. The issue of Sleeper Cells is more complex and dangerous considering the history and policy of infiltration into Western world by Russian Intel Apparatus during 70 years of the 20^th century. For me, the meaning of the term is much wider: Sleeper Cells are in all departments and agencies of our government, in courts, businesses and sports. Used by the Dems against Republicans, they are a part of the conspiracy against the American constitutional republic, constituting an international plot against President Donald J. Trump. The result of that plot we are confronting now—representative of the Dems, a radical anti-Semite, Stalinist, Soviet Socialist Mamdani can become the Mayor of New York City.

Karoline Leavitt made a powerful statement accusing the Dems on 7.24.2025. But the Dems are not alone, she missed an Elephant in the room—incompetence of our Intelligence Community, presented by Tulsi Gabbard the day before: the failure to identify Trump/Dossier. I’ve identified it eight years ago: “I would insist, as I described it two years ago–the Trump/Dossier is the Russian Fallshivka, a fraud, familiar to me as a common KGB’s production. The Failed American Intel Community

Some activities of radical Dems against our constitutional republic bordered on treason,(there is no Statute of Limitation for treason) but the incompetent Intelligent community doesn’t react lawfully. Leadership of it was not familiar with world history and socialist/communist movement against Western civilization led by Soviet/Russia. As a result, the Intel community itself had been infiltrated. The FBI and CIA don’t know Stalinism and so America doesn’t

1. America still doesn’t know that the attacks of 9/11 have been orchestrated and supervised by the KGB’s Mafia/Army, designed by Stalin.

The Mark Levin Show, Fox News was right to comment on the personality of Mamdani: “We see now in New York a fusion of Marxism and Islamism.” Yes, a fusion, but who had developed that fusion? Ideas are not spread by air or winds—ideas communicated by people. Mark Levin didn’t know that it was Stalin, who had married his system of Soviet Socialism with Islam in the 20^th century. After Stalin’s death his devoted disciples continued the policy and the KGB’s Mafia/Army as a manager of it. Now we have Islamic Jihad in the 21 century. Moreover, the KGB Chairman Vladimir Kryuchkov felt an upcoming Collapse of the Soviet Union in 1989 and began planning a structure of the European Union for the future implementation of the ideology and system of Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet fascism. The family immigrated to South Africa when he was five years old and then to the United States when he was seven, settling in New York City.” I have an impression that Zohran’s parents have been preparing him for a role of national or global leader moving from Uganda to South Africa and then to the U.S. His father, an academic, collaborated with the government like his mother, a filmmaker. Uganda Russia ties: The Ugandan President, Museveni, recently stated in an interview that Uganda values its military ties with Russia. Additionally, he commended the former Soviet Union for its aid in Africa’s struggle against colonialism.

This statement comes before the Russia-Africa summit, scheduled to occur in July of this year. Museveni highlighted ties of Uganda with Russia in the defense sector and acknowledged the country’s acquisition of weapons and various technologies from Moscow.

The Ugandan President also confirmed the satisfaction of Uganda with its ties with the Russia. He stated, “We cooperate in the defense sphere, purchasing high-quality weapons and technologies from Russia. Despite the West’s efforts to discourage Africa from building closer ties with Russia, it appears that African nations are no longer bowing to Western dictates.

Thus, as the US looks for Africa’s support against Russia and its invasion of Ukraine, more and more countries in Africa is instead looking to expand ties with Russia. In January, the US even designated Russia’s Wagner group as a “significant transnational criminal organization” to stop its growing influence in the continent but here comes the Russia-Africa summit with Russia expanding ties with African countries instead.
