Carolyn Feinstein ICEBlock Connection Sparks DOJ Termination
Department of Justice (DOJ) Auditor Carolyn Feinstein has been officially removed from federal service following an explosive investigation led by investigative journalist Laura Loomer. Feinstein, who worked in the Austin District Office of the U.S. Trustee Program, was fired on July 18, 2025, as confirmed in a termination memorandum from the DOJ’s Executive Office for United States Trustees. Her dismissal followed Loomer’s exposé linking Feinstein to the controversial ICEBlock app through her husband, Joshua Aaron Feinstein—a radical leftist, anti-Trump extremist, and the app’s creator. ICEBlock crowdsources the live locations of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents, putting federal officers at risk of ambush and retaliation during active immigration enforcement operations.

Loomer Exposed the Carolyn Feinstein ICEBlock Conflict of Interest
The Carolyn Feinstein ICEBlock conflict came under fire through a detailed report by Laura Loomer. Loomer revealed that Carolyn and Joshua Feinstein live together in Round Rock, Texas, where multiple business entities—including ICEBlock’s parent company, ALL U CHART, INC. are registered to their shared residence. Screenshots show that Carolyn operated a secret anti-Trump account (@oohblackbetty) where she mocked conservatives, praised Bernie Sanders, and amplified violent resistance rhetoric.

On July 16, 2025, Loomer shared her findings on X (formerly Twitter), prompting Border Czar Tom Homan to notify Attorney General Pam Bondi. According to a Daily Beast article published July 21, 2025, Homan confirmed he shared Loomer’s evidence with DOJ leadership, resulting in immediate administrative review.

“The DOJ’s looking at it, and they need to throw some people in jail,” Homan said in a Newsmax interview.
A signed memorandum from DOJ Deputy Director Ramona Elliott, dated July 18, 2025, confirms Feinstein was terminated due to “lack of candor during an internal inquiry” and was removed from federal service “effective immediately.” The memo, which is now public, gives Feinstein the right to appeal her firing with the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
Carolyn Feinstein ICEBlock Conflict: Official Firing Confirmed by DOJ Memo
Feinstein admitted to the Daily Beast that she disclosed her marriage to the DOJ and received outreach from the department’s ethics office following Loomer’s public disclosures.
“They asked me about my relationship to the ICEBlock app,” she told the Daily Beast. “And I informed them in so many words that I really didn’t have any relationship or involvement in the app. I was married to the creator.”
Despite her denial of involvement, federal authorities deemed her connection a conflict of interest, particularly given ICEBlock’s stated mission to disrupt ICE activity.
ICEBlock App: A Threat to ICE Agents
ICEBlock enables users to upload the live location of ICE agents, photos, and activity reports during immigration enforcement. Even left-leaning outlets have called the app dangerous. Tech experts flagged its privacy policy as suspicious and its data collection methods as potential surveillance. The app remains available in the Apple App Store and is registered under ALL U CHART, INC., owned by Joshua Feinstein.
In one viral Instagram reel, the creator warned:
“I definitely do not recommend using ICEBlock… All of the red flags are just too much to ignore.”
Even some immigration activists now question whether ICEBlock is a double-edged surveillance tool. Regardless of intent, the app poses an unacceptable national security risk.
Who Is Joshua Aaron Feinstein?
Joshua Aaron Feinstein is more than a leftist tech developer. He is an open supporter of ANTIFA, posting hashtags such as #ResistByAnyMeansNecessary and #ICEBlockArmy. He has called for violence against ICE agents and government officials, stating that resistance should involve force if necessary.
In multiple social media posts, Joshua:
Promoted shooting ICE agents.
Called Congressman Byron Donalds a “race traitor.”
Compared Trump-supporting Jews to “Jews for Hitler.”
Mocked Christianity
Called for insurrection against President Trump.

Celebrated Bernie Sanders as “the only one worth following” and even wrote a tribute song to him.

His rhetoric is saturated with hate speech, Marxist propaganda, and calls for violent rebellion. And until last week, his wife held a sensitive forensic role inside the DOJ.

These posts reflect a mindset that embraces agitation and glorifies public disruption—from ICE detention centers to the steps of Congress. And it’s the same ideology that drives ICEBlock, the surveillance app Joshua Aaron Feinstein created to obstruct law enforcement in real time. This is the same political violence that we have been witnessing since Trump took office. As documented by Loomer Unleashed, Democrat lawmakers are refusing to condemn.

Ethics and Security Breakdown at the DOJ
Despite her role requiring neutrality and discretion, Carolyn Feinstein maintained anonymous social media accounts where she pushed far-left narratives, ridiculed law enforcement, and backed her husband’s dangerous activism. Through her marriage and shared business ties to Joshua, Carolyn Feinstein became directly involved in an anti-law enforcement movement that actively undermines federal agents.
This conflict of interest persisted for nearly a decade while she worked at DOJ. It was only after Laura Loomer’s investigation, and public exposure, that accountability finally followed.
Daily Beast Confirms Loomer’s Role in Feinstein’s Removal
The Daily Beast, typically hostile toward Loomer, credited her reporting for triggering Feinstein’s firing. In their July 21 article:
“Pam Bondi’s Justice Department has fired the wife of the man who developed a controversial ‘anti-ICE’ warning system after far-right influencer Laura Loomer attacked her on X.”
This official media confirmation vindicates Loomer’s claims that her investigation into the ICEBlock operation and Feinstein’s marriage directly led to DOJ intervention.

“Another SCALP!” Loomer posted after the firing. “#LOOMERED.”
National Security Must Come First
The Carolyn Feinstein ICEBlock scandal underscores just how deep ideological subversion has penetrated the federal bureaucracy. Laura Loomer’s investigation finally exposed and eliminated one dangerous conflict of interest. But how many more remain?
Therefore, the DOJ must not allow deranged anti-Trump operatives to hold sensitive positions in his administration. Especially those married to individuals who build apps designed to help illegals evade arrest and incite violence against ICE agents. Furthermore, anyone in a federal role requiring access to sensitive information must undergo deep vetting and demonstrate full allegiance to the United States. Ultimately, the DOJ must deny security clearances to anyone with personal or familial ties to radical anti-government activity and must never place them in positions of trust within the Department.
National security demands better vetting. Moreover, the American people deserve a government that defends them—not one that employs people actively aligned with those who seek to undermine it.
