On July 16, 2025, Loomer shared her findings on X (formerly Twitter), prompting Border Czar Tom Homan to notify Attorney General Pam Bondi. According to a Daily Beast article published July 21, 2025, Homan confirmed he shared Loomer’s evidence with DOJ leadership, resulting in immediate administrative review.

“The DOJ’s looking at it, and they need to throw some people in jail,” Homan said in a Newsmax interview.

A signed memorandum from DOJ Deputy Director Ramona Elliott, dated July 18, 2025, confirms Feinstein was terminated due to “lack of candor during an internal inquiry” and was removed from federal service “effective immediately.” The memo, which is now public, gives Feinstein the right to appeal her firing with the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
