The Cover-Up Of Russiagate Continues As Tulsi Gabbard Reveals Manipulated Intelligence

The revelations of the attempted coup against Donald Trump by the Obama regime by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard have clearly struck a nerve. Starting this weekend on Face the Nation, the Democrat establishment trotted out the Ranking Member of the House Intelligence Committee to do what the Democrats have done all along — squirm, hurl insults and counterclaims and ultimately lie.

U.S. Representative Jim Himes (D-Conn.) gave a masterclass in diversion and shell game propaganda on the program. Throughout he moved the goalposts, playing bait and switch at every opportunity. The prime example is how he defines what Director Gabbard had released.

Himes made the entire argument about whether or not there was disagreement that Russia had the ability and had accomplished using cyber tools to hack voting infrastructure. The issue of Russian hacking is not the core issue in the Gabbard release. In fact, it is minor. But Himes ranted that “Republicans like Senator, now Secretary of State, Marco Rubio had agreed that the Russians did in fact try to hack the 2016 election.”

So, Himes and the highly paid “reporters” want to fight over that issue.

But what is the really damning information from Gabbard? It is that on Dec. 9, 2016, Barack Obama and his band of cronies sat in the White House and set in motion a scheme to undercut and harm the incoming, duly elected President of the United States. And that has now been proven beyond a doubt.

That is the issue, not some lame argument over Russian capacities or intent. Himes was doing the dirty — and near impossible — work of covering for a group of people who violated every oath they took, spit on the Constitution, and did real and lasting harm to the Republic. It is what anyone should expect from someone like Himes.

He is the son of a Ford Foundation functionary and was not raised in the United States but in Peru and Colombia. His father was also the director on a UN outlet, the UNICEF Innocenti Center based in Italy. Once back in the U.S., young Mr. Himes was well credentialed in the globalist elite world. Harvard, Rhodes Scholar, Oxford — his life reads like a character description is a novel of the “master to the manor well-bred.” So, what else such a siren of the global cabal that has been working for decades to subvert America do other than look to cover for the Obama crew?

Obviously, Mr. Himes is not stupid. He knows exactly what he is doing by playing the bait and switch game on national television. But try as he might, the facts are now out and plain for all to see.

Obama and his top capos sat in the White House in early December 2016 and directed a national intelligence finding be altered to build a narrative against Donald Trump, the man who had defeated them at the ballot box just a month earlier. They did this knowing what would be unleashed. They subsequently lied about it repeatedly and, if nothing else, are guilty of perjury before Congress. 

Himes did use an interesting arguing point. He said that we will see if there is anything to the information brought forward by Gabbard if charges are brought against any of the people involved. And on that point, he may have something. But the truth is, the Administration must prosecute these traitors. Will it be difficult to convict? For most it probably will, especially with the jury pool of the District of Columbia. At the end of the day, however, it is vital that there be consequences for these actions. So, Mr. Himes smirking retort needs to be shoved deeply down his lying, elitist throat.
