Is It Just Conservative MP Leslie Lewis Who Opposes the WHO Treaty And Her Party The Conservative Party Of Canada Supports It??

That is the impression one gets if one reads the Epoch Times article concerning it, written by Matthew Horwood.

In reading the article here is what is said:

‘There has been some opposition to the pandemic treaty in Canada, mainly coming from Conservative MP Leslyn Lewis. 

Lewis repeated her concerns about “health sovereignty” after the treaty was signed, saying that there are red flags in the agreement that should have received more scrutiny and oversight by Parliament.

“Our national sovereignty must be protected, and never compromised. It is something I will always defend,” Lewis said on May 24. “Now more than ever, we must remain vigilant in standing on guard for Canada in the midst of global pressures.”

It does not say she was speaking for her Party or there is no statement from the Party in the article.

The Treaty was signed by Canada on May 20, 2025. 

Robert Kennedy , speaking for the USA opposes it . And the US is in the process of getting out of WHO altogether . 

So here is where the Conservative Party Could really distinguish itself but, like the Liberals , sovereignty is of low priority to these incompetents. 

Drip, drip , drip,  as Canada ‘s democracy continues to fade.
