Remember when Obama said “We didn’t have a scandal that embarrassed us” during his Presidency?

DNI Tulsi Gabbard has released her findings in regard to the Russiagate hoax and all roads point to Obama.
Obama officials had zero empirical evidence of a Russia/Trump conspiracy:
Obama-era intelligence officials acknowledged that they had no “empirical evidence” of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia in the 2016 election, but continued to publicly push the “narrative” of collusion.
The House Intelligence Committee, in 2017, conducted depositions of top Obama intelligence officials, including Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, national security advisor Susan Rice and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, among others.
On Dec 8, 2016 Obama’s PDB indicated there was none
When there was no evidence, the assessment was rewritten into a second draft.
In the meeting that day “Obama White House Gathers Top Cabinet Officials including Clapper, Brennan, Susan Rice, Andrew McCabe and others” to commission a new assessment.
And on 6 Jan 2017 that new IC assessment decided Russia interfered to help Trump

- In the months leading up to the November 2016 election, the Intelligence Community (IC) consistently assessed that Russia is “probably not trying … to influence the election by using cyber means.”
- On December 7, 2016, after the election, talking points were prepared for DNI James Clapper stating, “Foreign adversaries did not use cyberattacks on election infrastructure to alter the US Presidential election outcome.”
- On December 9, 2016, President Obama’s White House gathered top National Security Council Principals for a meeting that included James Clapper, John Brennan, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe and others, to discuss Russia.
- After the meeting, DNI Clapper’s Executive Assistant sent an email to IC leaders tasking them with creating a new IC assessment “per the President’s request” that details the “tools Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election.” It went on to say, “ODNI will lead this effort with participation from CIA, FBI, NSA, and DHS.”
- Obama officials leaked false statements to media outlets, including The Washington Post, claiming, “Russia has attempted through cyber means to interfere in, if not actively influence, the outcome of an election.”
- On January 6, 2017, a new Intelligence Community Assessment was released that directly contradicted the IC assessments that were made throughout the previous six months.

This spawned that very peculiar sounding “by the book” memo from Susan Rice meant to sanitize the meeting in which the new assessment plot was hatched:
Susan Rice’s memo about a high-level Jan. 5, 2017, meeting plainly aimed to protect the then-national security adviser’s boss, President Barack Obama — but it’s backfiring spectacularly.
Rice sent the Jan. 20, 12:15 p.m., note (recently declassified) to herself at literally the last minute: President Trump was sworn in at noon that day; her administration was headed out the door.
Oh, and Rice’s lawyer says she drafted it “upon the advice of the White House Counsel’s Office,” Fox News reports.
The point? Ostensibly, to memorialize the meeting with her, Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, FBI boss James Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, following a briefing on Russian hacking.
Obama, the memo claims, stressed that “every aspect of this issue” be handled “by the book” and then “reiterated” that law enforcement proceed “by the book.” Comey “affirmed” he’s “proceeding ‘by the book.’ ” That’s right: She used the term three times.
It all stunk and the source of the stink and the rot has finally been uncovered. Caught up in this fraud was Michael Flynn, who Obama discouraged Trump from hiring, probably because he knew too much. And it is Obama behind it all.
This has been called treason, but that is unlikely. Gabbard has made a criminal referral to the DOJ. What all these conspirators could face are the following:

This would be just, appropriate and satisfying but I am not holding my breath. We’ve seen Clapper and Brennan lie to Congress without any retribution. Generally speaking, only Republicans get convicted and Obama, now apparently looking for a gay friend, seems non-plussed thus far but this certainly does qualify as an embarrassing scandal.
But damn, it would it ever be fantastic if Obama and these execrable pieces of garbage were convicted.
