DNI Gabbard thoroughly exposed Obama’s ‘treasonous conspiracy’ against Trump

For nearly a decade, Democrats and the media have perpetuated the false narrative that President Donald Trump colluded with Russian President Vladimir Putin and benefited from Russian election interference to defeat Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in 2016.

On Friday, in what she described as a “treasonous conspiracy,” Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard exposed how the fraudulent Trump-Russia collusion hoax began in December 2016 with then-President Barack Obama and several senior members of his outgoing administration, the New York Post reported.

That blatantly dishonest narrative — which severely dogged Trump throughout the entirety of his first term and spurred former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s two-year investigation, among many other egregious impediments to his presidency — is still being pushed to this day by some elected Democrats, their loyal anti-Trump media allies, and the mindless leftists and liberals who follow them unquestioningly.

It all started in Obama’s White House

In a thread of X posts on Friday, DNI Gabbard wrote, “Americans will finally learn the truth about how in 2016, intelligence was politicized and weaponized by the most powerful people in the Obama Administration to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against President @realDonaldTrump, subverting the will of the American people and undermining our democratic republic.”

She noted how, in the months leading up to the 2016 election, the accepted general consensus among the U.S. Intelligence Community was that Russia lacked both the capability and the intent to “hack” or otherwise significantly interfere in U.S. elections — though that suddenly changed at the highest levels of the Obama administration in the weeks after Trump defeated Clinton.

Indeed, as late as December 8, 2016, declassified emails and documents show that the IC assessment in the President’s Daily Brief stated unequivocally that Russia “did not impact recent U.S. election results,” either through cyberhacking or other means. That PDB, however, was never published and instead was pulled and replaced by a senior official in then-DNI James Clapper’s office.

What happened instead was, a meeting was held the next day in the White House with President Obama, Clapper, then-CIA Director John Brennan, then-FBI Director James Comey, then-National Security Advisor Susan Rice, and a host of other top administration officials, during which Obama directed the IC officials to craft a contradictory assessment that accused Russia of meddling in the 2016 election.

Given their new marching orders, those same high-level officials immediately began directing fraudulent leaks to their media allies that set in motion the fake narrative that Russia interfered in the election on behalf of Trump — and that false narrative has persisted, to some extent, to this day.

CIA review also helped expose the false narrative

The explosive revelations from DNI Gabbard didn’t end there, though, as she proceeded to expose how her predecessor, Clapper, led the charge on the “gross weaponization of intelligence” that resulted in a fraudulent ICA released in January 2017, just weeks before President Trump took office, that falsely lent credence to the Russian collusion and interference narrative.

Gabbard’s claim is not supported by just declassified documents and whistleblower accounts, however, but is also backed up by a damning CIA review of that hastily-prepared, last-minute ICA, which was made public earlier this month by CIA Director John Ratcliffe and strongly implicates Brennan, Clapper, and Comey in pushing the Russia hoax over objections from their own analysts and experts.

At the time Ratcliffe’s ordered review was released, he said, “All the world can now see the truth: Brennan, Clapper and Comey manipulated intelligence and silenced career professionals — all to get Trump. Thank you to the career @CIA officers who conducted this review and exposed the facts.”

Time for some accountability for this “treasonous conspiracy”

DNI Gabbard concluded her revelatory thread, “These documents detail a treasonous conspiracy by officials at the highest levels of the Obama White House to subvert the will of the American people and try to usurp the President from fulfilling his mandate.”

“This betrayal concerns every American. The integrity of our democratic republic demands that every person involved be investigated and brought to justice to prevent this from ever happening again,” she added. “I am providing all documents to the Department of Justice to deliver the accountability that President Trump, his family, and the American people deserve.”

President Trump has called out the Russian collusion and interference hoax for exactly what it is since day one, and while he and his allies have managed to debunk and disprove bits and pieces of the overall narrative throughout the years, never before has he been vindicated and proven right to such an extent, and the entire sordid affair should now lead to long-overdue accountability and criminal charges for what has clearly been exposed as high treason against a duly-elected president.
