Watchman: EPA Promises ‘Total Transparency On The Issues Of Geoengineering And Contrails’

In response to public inquiries and concerns over geoengineering and contrails, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made new web materials available.

Though the phrase can be deceptive and suggest the trails are mostly created by independent spray apparatuses attached to planes, these lines are frequently referred to as “chemtrails.”

The anti-geoengineering group is still debating (here) whether jet engine exhaust or independent sprayers are to blame for these emissions that obstruct the sun and sky.

Officially, the FAA, NASA, and NOAA have acknowledged that jets release chemicals into the atmosphere that change the weather.

The EPA’s latest action comes after it was discovered that Rainmaker, a drone-based cloud seeding firm supported by Peter Thiel’s prestigious fellowship, got government approval to use weather-modifying chemicals over Texas just days before the disastrous floods in July 2025 that claimed over 60 lives.

According to the press release issued on Thursday, “EPA developed these new online resources to communicate everything the agency knows about the latest science, research, and other information regarding contrails and geoengineering.” “EPA is dedicated to providing the American public with complete transparency on these issues.”

Americans “have legitimate questions about contrails and geoengineering, and they deserve straight answers,” said EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, adding that his staff is “publishing everything EPA knows about these topics on these websites.”

According to the press release, the agency’s new online resource on condensation trails, or “contrails,” “explains the science behind the aerial phenomenon and addresses myths and misconceptions that have persisted for decades.”

“The new webpage also directly addresses a number of claims that these events are actually the result of deliberate high-altitude releases of hazardous chemicals or biological agents for a number of evil intents, such as mind control, population control, or attempts to geoengineer the Earth or alter the weather.”

Notably, persistent contrails “may interact with wind and clouds to form cirrus clouds” and “persistent contrail clouds could have a small net warming effect,” according to the EPA’s contrail information website.

“Thin, wispy clouds that are common at high altitudes” is how these cirrus clouds are described.

Although the EPA admits that contrails can produce artificial cloud cover, it minimizes the scope and significance of this phenomenon, referring to it as a “small net warming effect” and omitting the terms “sky whitening” and “sunblocking,” which are frequently used by detractors.

Additionally, the EPA has developed a website that is “especially focused on solar geoengineering activities, which involve cooling the Earth by reflecting sunlight back to space, usually by injecting gases, like sulfur dioxide, into the upper atmosphere where they form reflective particles.”

EPA “shares the significant reservations many Americans have when it comes to geoengineering activities,” according to Administrator Zeldin.

According to the release, the online resource “explores the current state of science and research surrounding geoengineering, including the potentially harmful effects it could have on the environment and human health, including depleting the ozone layer, harming crops, altering weather patterns, and creating acid rain.”

Additionally, it “explains what EPA has done to track and identify private actors who may be involved in such activities.”

Additionally, it “discusses cloud seeding and weather modification, and related federal and state government actions.”

For the time being, the EPA has formally entered the geoengineering discussion that it long claimed didn’t exist, but it remains to be seen if the new gateway will provide much-awaited openness or a strategic containment of public concern.

This is not the case, despite the claims (and beliefs) of some that magical legislation will solve all of the problems. Once more, there is no proof to back up the claims that geoengineering will soon be approved. How is it possible for something that the ruling class is doing all in its power to deny ever existed in the first place to become legal? Every path leads back to the fundamental objective of spreading reliable knowledge wherever possible in order to increase and reach a critical mass of awareness.

After my talks, a lot of people have requested me to simply explain how to halt geoengineering. Because many people, naturally, want a quick and easy fix for the issue, my repeated pleas that everyone must take part in the effort to raise awareness are all too frequently ignored or not even heard. Unfortunately, many have chosen to remain on the sidelines of the conflict in the absence of such a “silver bullet” solution. How many potential activists who are much needed are sitting on the sidelines, waiting for someone to provide them with the straightforward answer they seek?

If we hope to stop the spiral toward madness, this has to alter. We are all being called to action by this message. This message is an attempt to clarify the following: there is no easy or straightforward path forward, even while we do have the ability (collectively) to stop the weather/biological warfare. This letter is a request for everyone who genuinely cares about the greater good to assist us in carrying out this vital endeavor.

All of us must make every effort to spread reliable information to all the organizations, groups, and individuals who would be interested if they only knew. The continuous endeavor to achieve a critical mass of awareness has produced the partners we have already acquired in this battle, including lawyers, former government scientists, former military personnel, an increasing number of activists and citizens who are deeply concerned, etc. Once more, we need an army of the awakened to fight this struggle.

The rest of the battle’s wheels will turn themselves once we hit critical mass and everyone can see the geoengineered elephant of destruction in the room. At that point, everyone will know they are fighting for their lives. The paradigm can change when US military personnel (and their families) become aware that they are being exploited against their own people. The global geoengineering attack is, mathematically speaking, the most serious and imminent threat to humanity and life on Earth (except from nuclear apocalypse).

If we don’t succeed in exposing and stopping climate engineering, it will be too late. Soon, nothing else will matter unless we win this struggle. While there is still time, make your voice heard.
