A small plane crashed shortly after takeoff from London Southend Airport, killing all four foreign nationals on board. The Dutch-operated aircraft had made stops in Greece and Croatia earlier the same day and was headed back to the Netherlands. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Southend Airport remains closed as authorities work to identify the victims and gather answers.
