Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) pitched a fit in Antioch, Tennessee, on Saturday at a rapid response town hall, where she accused the Trump administration of kidnapping illegal aliens off the street and shipping them to dungeons across the world.

Spreading hatred of America and Trump globally
The Squad member went on to assert that America was leaving the world in shock over its ICE raids, as if somehow enforcing the law was the actual crime here.
The Islamic congresswoman made her incendiary remarks at Cane Ridge High School just outside of Nashville. She railed for universal healthcare, reducing military spending, and for ICE agents to be banned from wearing masks while conducting immigration enforcement operations — all ultra-leftist, socialist demands. The anti-Trump fest lasted about two hours.
“The reality is when they come for one of us, they’re eventually going to come for all of us,” she stated in front of a crowd of several hundred seated in a school auditorium, inciting violence against federal authorities. “We’re seeing people being abducted and sent to dungeons in foreign countries, and people disappearing with no accounting for where they’ve gone.”
Omar claimed that the world was stunned when video and photos of ICE agents surfaced, “When they see these kinds of images coming out of America. To them, it is really shocking, and it should be to all of us as Americans. That is not us.”
“It is shocking to have something that is supposed to be civil enforcement now become something that is a resemblance of war,” Omar said, referring to ICE raids across the nation.
Putting a target on ICE agents’ backs
It was clear where the organizers of the leftist event stood. They posted a sign that said, “ICE not permitted on the premises,” written in all caps on the doors to the venue, according to the Daily Wire. They also distributed flyers that said, “Nashville Stand with Ilhan” and posted them all over the publicly funded high school.
Omar tore into Trump’s passage of the “Big, Beautiful Bill,” spitefully rebranding it the “Big, Ugly Bill.” Trump’s bill will help America by cutting taxes and providing billions of dollars in funding to hire more ICE agents, improve ICE facilities, enforce the law on the border, and deport illegal aliens.
The Somalian Democrat has never complained about former President Biden’s spending bills, which nearly destroyed the nation, or that he let in millions of illegal aliens, including thousands of criminals and terrorists.
The Squad member took up the leftist talking point of prohibiting ICE agents from wearing masks while conducting enforcement operations. But she said nothing of Antifa domestic terrorists wearing them. It only upsets her when officers do, not when leftist thugs don them.
Assaults against ICE agents have skyrocketed 700% in recent months, according to the Department of Homeland Security, primarily because radicals such as Omar are inciting violence against them. There have been two separate, violent attacks in Texas alone in the last month, with one officer being shot in the neck. Five hundred protesters showed up at a pot farm in California last week and faced off with federal authorities as well.
Omar incites hundreds of leftists with her hatred
Incredibly, the meeting drew many Nashville-area residents who seemed eager to show their opposition to Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) and the Trump administration. It should also be noted that the Muslim population in Tennessee has exploded in recent years. Regardless, Tennessee is still a deeply red state.

Hundreds of people gathered at Cane Ridge High School on July 12 to listen to and question a Minnesota Congressperson and Nashville representative. U.S. Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Tennessee state Rep. Justin Jones, both Democrats, hosted an energetic town hall.
The loudest applause of the afternoon was not for the politicians, but for a 17-year-old Nashville student. Breckyn Forcey, a student at University School of Nashville, read her poem “The Empire Eats Itself” with confidence to a crowd that roared.
“This is what grief looks like when it’s forced to wear red, white and blue,” one line of the poem reads.
The brainwashed 17-year-old emailed the poem to Jones a day before the town hall. He asked her to read it and praised her for her “clarity.”
“That represents the best of who we can be as citizens — that truth telling, that power,” Jones proclaimed.

Joy Guss, an employee with Metro Nashville Public Schools, said her main concerns with the Trump administration were its immigration policies and the government funding cuts recommended by the Department of Government Efficiency. She said that local ICE raids were “terrorizing our children” and that she had seen a dramatic drop in school attendance among Latino students.
Julia, a woman from California who moved to Tennessee eight years ago, said that she was “extremely distraught” about the state of the country under Trump and said that she was opposed to immigration workplace raids.
Omar went out of her way to savage Ogles during the town hall gathering. She picked a predominantly blue area of Nashville to smear the conservative. The congresswoman hoped to reach immigrants and working-class people, both notably and overwhelmingly supportive of Trump’s immigration agenda.
It must be extremely frustrating to Omar since Ogles was elected in 2024 with nearly 60% of the vote. Conservative voters in rural and suburban areas around Nashville voted heavily for him.
“We hardly see anything here, where the working-class people live,” Jones said.
It was estimated that about 500 people attended the event.

Joining Omar was Democrat state Rep. Justin Jones. He’s another hate-filled leftist who described ICE raids conducted in Nashville in early May as “kidnappings” and, of course, compared ICE to the KKK.
His raging over the arrests falls flat, though, since of the 196 that were detained during the raids, 95 had prior criminal convictions or pending criminal charges. Another 31 had been deported previously. Some of those arrested were convicted on drug charges and rape.
