Elon Musk clapped back at unsolicited advice from the Tesla Board of Directors.
A summary of the directives was posted to X by Dan Ives, Wedbush Securities managing director and senior equity research analyst.
The investor note was in response to Musk’s call to create a new “America Party” and urged the tech titan to focus more on business.
Tesla Board of Directions…take the following 3 steps in our view
1. New pay package getting Musk to 25% voting control. Clears a path for xAI merger.
