From Thursday evening to Sunday, Fourth of July weekend saw an absolutely insane amount of Black on Black violence.
In some cities, large parties were held Sunday night resulting in large scale violence between midnight and 2:00 AM Monday morning.
Chicago:
July 2nd: 26 shot, 5 killed
July 3rd: 17 shot, 2 killed
July 4th: 19 shot, 3 killed
July 5th: 10 shot, 2 killed
July 6th: 4 shot, 0 killed
In Chicago, the worst violence was on Wednesday and then fizzled out by Sunday.
Toledo:
July 3rd: 1 shot, 0 killed, 1 fatally stabbed
July 4th: 3 shot, 1 killed
July 5th: 3 shot, 2 killed
July 6th: 6 shot, 3 killed
July 7th AM: 2 shot, 0 killed
Toledo had two months worth of murders in one weekend!
Philadelphia:
July 2th: 3 shot, 3 killed
July 3rd: 5 shot, 2 killed
July 4th: 10 shot, 1 killed
July 5th: 9 shot, 0 killed
July 6th: 6 shot, 1 killed
July 7th AM: 16 shot, 3 killed
Philadelphia also had a very bloody Wednesday and two mass shootings after midnight Monday morning.
Indianapolis:
July 3rd: 2 shot, 1 killed
July 4th: 2 shot, 1 killed
July 5th: 12 shot, 3 killed
July 6th: 4 shot, 1 killed
