A man is reportedly suing Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs for allegedly ejaculating into a shirt that belonged to the late Notorious B.I.G. and throwing the dirty garment on him.
John Doe alleged he was exposed to a number of sexual encounters with Diddy, and he is suing the disgraced music mogul for alleged sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and more, according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
In one instance, Doe claimed Diddy pressured him into taking ketamine during a September 2020 listening session with Diddy for a Biggie Smalls project, TMZ reported. He alleged that Diddy masturbated, ejaculated into a shirt that once belonged to Biggie and threw it on his lap and arm, according to the outlet.
Doe alleged he and Diddy went to a warehouse in Los Angeles, California, where Biggie’s clothes were stored and claimed Diddy gave out drugs, TMZ reported.
He claimed people were under the influence of drugs at the warehouse, according to the outlet’s report. The lawsuit alleged Doe was alone in a room with Diddy when the mogul began watching pornography on his phone, according to TMZ.
