The HHS is calling on Americans to help it slash burdensome regulations, ensuring providers can spend more time treating patients and less time filling out paperwork.
HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has made it his mission to clean up the department and it appears they are taking the next step in slashing the red tape that is bogging down the healthcare industry. In an X post put out on Sunday, social media users were asked to point out some regulations they’d like to see reviewed and potentially rescinded.

Eliminate the regulations that killed the private physician practices and allowed a few large hospital systems to take over.

The paperwork required for new patients to fill out on behalf of government is ridiculous. You make an appointment for your foot and the questions on this paperwork have little to nothing to do with why you’re there. Government does not need to know about my mental status, etc.
