“CNN is scum.” Those were the words of President Donald J. Trump who vented his disdain over the latest bit of public deception coming out of the cable “news” lie factory, one that has serious implications for national security.
In a fake news bombshell that was the basis of a propaganda campaign echoed by numerous other legacy media outlets, the so-called “most trusted name in news” grossly distorted the findings of a top-secret Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) assessment to falsely portray the weekend’s bombing of Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility as a failure.

According to CNN’s reporting, Saturday’s B-2 stealth bomber strike “did not destroy the core components of the country’s nuclear program and likely only set it back by months,” a conclusion that was credited to the anonymous sources that have become standard to any story involving Trump, the vast majority of which are later debunked.
The story by untrustworthy reporter Natasha Bertrand also implied that Trump was lying about the “obliteration” of the radical Islamic nation’s capability to develop and deploy nuclear weapons, a key concern of Israel. It was, however, a big fat lie and, in addition to another hoax perpetrated on the public, showed the network’s willingness to be an accomplice to the leaking of top-secret national security information, an offense that should have people going to prison.
But the key qualifier that CNN failed to inform Americans of is that the information was a “low-confidence assessment,” which would soon be contradicted by Trump, the CIA, Israel, and the United Nations’ nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
But Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei agrees with CNN, although it may not be the feather in the cap that they were expecting.

In a famous quote attributed to American legend Mark Twain, “A lie can travel half way around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes,” and by the day after Bertrand’s misleading story first broke, Trump put on those shoes and kicked the purveyors of propaganda squarely in the ass.

The president also unloaded on Bertrand, who also peddled the lie that Hunter Biden’s notorious “laptop from hell” was Russian disinformation, calling for her to be fired.
“Natasha Bertrand should be FIRED from CNN! I watched her for three days doing Fake News. She should be IMMEDIATELY reprimanded, and then thrown out “like a dog.” She lied on the Laptop from Hell Story, and now she lied on the Nuclear Sites Story, attempting to destroy our Patriot Pilots by making them look bad when, in fact, they did a GREAT job and hit “pay dirt” — TOTAL OBLITERATION! She should not be allowed to work at Fake News CNN. It’s people like her who destroyed the reputation of a once great Network. Her slant was so obviously negative, besides, she doesn’t have what it takes to be an on camera correspondent, not even close. FIRE NATASHA!” Trump said in a Truth Social post.
The backlash was so intense, that CNN was forced into full damage control mode with anchor Jake Tapper, a Trump-hating fabulist, incredibly defending his employer by insisting that the network is only covering the truth, something that he wouldn’t recognize if it sneaked up behind him and bit him in his sanctimonious ass.

Tapper is the author of the recent book “Original Sin,” in which the CNN slime merchant tries to absolve himself and his media cohorts in the “cover up” of former President Joe Biden’s senility, which was obvious to anyone who wasn’t an idiot or a blindly partisan liar. If it was a “cover up,” it was one that Tapper played an integral role in.
Rotund CNN Chief Media Analyst Brian Stelter conjured up memories of Bill Clinton’s “I did not have sexual relations with that woman” and “it depends on what the meaning of is is” with his spin.

The leaking of the DIA assessment was a very serious crime that the FBI is currently investigating, and while some of the “reporters” should either be tossed in jail or taken off the air, they won’t be because there is no accountability at CNN. Because lying and spreading propaganda to destroy America and instigate wars is their business model. a laundromat for Democrat and Deep State lies.
A very small sample of the other notable lies and hoaxes that were flogged by CNN include: Russiagate, the “insurrection” on J6, COVID-19, Ukraine, Biden’s mental condition, the 2020 election, the “very find people” hoax, Joe Rogan took horse de-wormer, a double-dip of Trump impeachments and “fiery but mostly peaceful” race riots. A more comprehensive list would fill volumes.
CNN’s ratings are atrocious and the public rightly despises and distrusts the network which has dragged its once golden brand through a lagoon of pig sh*t with each subsequent hoax having diminishing returns and alienating more potential news consumers who have turned to more reliable sources that don’t disrespect their intellect by constantly lying to them.
Trump nailed it again. CNN is truly scum.
