An electrical worker is fortunate to see another day after his good decision to use a safety harness likely saved his life.
Wild footage shows a man working in a bucket reportedly above an intersection outside Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The video takes a dramatic turn when a semi-truck clips the bucket, upturning it along with the electrical worker, who could be seen dangling above the busy street.
From the looks of it, it was the safety harness and the man’s good sense to use it that saved him from injury, or worse.

Thankfully, the worker only suffered minor injuries, and the accident is under investigation, ABC reported.

The trucker isn’t to blame.
Overhead work from a bucket truck requires a full lane closure with proper signs, cones, and taper.
The company only put a few cones on the shoulder. Glad he’s okay, but it’s 100% the company’s fault.
