The Democratic Party is heading into the terminal phase, and it could soon be on the morgue slab of history if it doesn’t take the drastic but necessary measure of sawing off a gangrenous limb, but it may be too late for even that to work.
Normally a party with the type of lockstep discipline that communist regimes would be envious of, a growing number of Democrat strategists, donors, and pundits are breaking ranks by sounding the alarm over the failure to appeal to Americans outside of their batsh*t crazy base and the refusal to undertake a course correction after their 2024 election drubbing.
If the party is to have a shot at regaining control of the White House, it needs to hit flush on the far-left crazies who have been allowed to become a dominant force. But it’s not going to be easy to renege on what is now apparent was a risky suicide pact by enabling people who would have previously been relegated to the fringes to assume center stage in the big tent.
Despite polling that has consistently shown that the Democrats’ approval ratings are horrid and falling fast, they have insisted on continuing to take radical positions on issues that the majority of the public is opposed to with the most recent example being their screeching in protest after the Supreme Court upheld Tennessee’s ban on child genital mutilation surgery and so-called “gender affirming” care this week.
The fierce pushback in favor of barbaric irreversible surgeries on confused and exploited young people comes as the Democrats have staked out a position that there should be no deportation of illegal aliens – including violent foreign gang thugs – and are waging a public jihad against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents who, due to the constant demonization, have experienced a 500 percent increase in assaults.
Violent riots have also broken out in Los Angeles to protest ICE with Democrats siding with the illegals against the government in another of the 80/20 issues that they are on the wrong side of, and are so committed to their left-wing ideology, aren’t about to change course even if the ship of fools is rapidly taking on water.
Things are dire at the Democratic National Committee (DNC), which, according to a recent New York Times report, is on the verge of being broke and has already dumped celebrated vice chair David Hogg, who was ousted in a DEI putsch after ruffling the feathers of entrenched lawmakers. The knives are also out for new DNC chair Ken Martin – another white guy – who was described as “Weak,” “whiny,” and “invisible” in a Politico article.
Look for him to also be kicked to the curb as the DNC gets back in step with the “woke” loons who want the party to be led by black women, preferably lesbians.
And their $20 million outreach effort to reconnect with male voters features a morbidly “queer, plus-size, disabled Latina” to lure the guys back onboard in what could be a skit on Saturday Night Live back when the show was still funny.

A recent Reuters/Ipsos survey found that 62 percent of Democrats want leadership to be replaced and there to be less focus on transgenderism.
Good luck with that.
Democrats have gone from bad to miserable with senile corpse Joe Biden and DEI dunce Kamala Harris gone, ceding the leadership roles to the likes of ghetto trash Jasmine Crockett, communist curmudgeon Bernie Sanders, and their rock star, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who is currently the 2028 Democrat frontrunner unless something radically changes.
The party is so yoked to the loonies that even a garden variety slimeball like Gavin Newsom who might have been a shoo-in in past times, doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of getting the nomination with an AOC-candidacy having real potential for an electoral wipeout.
If Democrats are to have any chance of recovery, they have to recognize that the lunatics have to be stuffed into the asylum’s broom closet and the door nailed shut.
