America, once again we find ourselves witnessing the radical left’s relentless crusade against common sense and national security. Under President Trump’s leadership, our nation has finally taken decisive action to secure our borders and restore law and order. But the leftist judges appointed by Joe Biden continue to sabotage these efforts, putting ideology above American safety.
The latest example? Biden-appointed U.S. District Judge Michael Farbiarz has ordered the Trump administration to release Mahmoud Khalil, a radical pro-Hamas agitator who has openly threatened American institutions and praised violent resistance against Israel. According to the New York Times, Khalil—a former graduate student at Columbia University and leader of anti-Israel protests—was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in March, his student visa and green card revoked after he was linked to extremist rhetoric and activity.
Under normal circumstances, this should have been an open-and-shut case. Khalil, who previously worked for the notoriously compromised United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), has connections to an organization infiltrated by Hamas operatives responsible for horrific terrorist attacks on innocent civilians. Indeed, during Biden’s disastrous tenure, UNRWA received a staggering $1 billion in U.S. taxpayer funding, despite evidence uncovered later showing at least 12 UNRWA staffers participated directly in Hamas terror operations.
Yet Judge Farbiarz, following the disturbing precedent set earlier by Obama-appointed Judge Jesse M. Furman, has decided that Khalil’s “rights” outweigh the safety of Americans and our allies. Furman previously blocked the Trump administration’s attempts to deport Khalil, ruling outrageously that he “shall not be removed from the United States unless and until the Court orders otherwise.” Now Farbiarz doubles down, ordering Khalil’s release on bail, ensuring this extremist returns to our streets.
A so-called judge has once again subverted the rule of law and potentially endangered the public due to hatred of President Trump.
The radical left’s obsession with undermining President Trump’s America First agenda now openly jeopardizes public safety. How many acts of terror and violence must we endure before left-wing judges prioritize American lives over their political vendettas? Remember Khalil’s menacing words to Columbia University: “As long as Columbia continues to invest and to benefit from Israeli apartheid, the students will continue to resist,” adding ominously, “Not only protests and encampments, the limit is the sky.”
These are not empty threats; they are declarations of intent from a radical activist who openly supports Hamas and its murderous ideology. Khalil completed his undergraduate studies in Beirut, Lebanon, and worked for UNRWA—a known Hamas incubator—through 2023. His presence on U.S. soil represents a clear and present danger to our country and our ally, Israel.
Yet the left continues to treat Khalil as a martyr, a victim of imagined “Islamophobia” and “xenophobia.” This is the playbook of the leftist elite: to weaponize compassion and tolerance, twisting them into tools against America’s safety and sovereignty. Their ultimate goal is clear—to dismantle the Trump administration’s successful immigration policies and open our borders once again to radicals and extremists who despise our nation and our values.
We must stand firm against this dangerous ideology. President Trump was elected twice precisely because Americans demand safety, security, and strength from their leaders. The left’s reckless judicial activism threatens to unravel everything we have built. We must hold these judges accountable, enforce our immigration laws rigorously, and ensure radicals like Mahmoud Khalil never have the opportunity to threaten our nation again.
America First means exactly that—prioritizing the safety, prosperity, and interests of everyday Americans above any globalist ideology or politically correct agenda. We cannot allow the left’s dangerous judicial activism to undermine our security. The stakes could not be higher, and the time to act is now.
