A leftist woman on TikTok posted a video of herself having a meltdown because she believes no human is illegal on stolen land. Today’s show breaks down why this could not be further from the truth.
“I don’t want to hear another white person say the word illegal for the rest of my life. We are living on stolen land. Our ancestors forcibly and violently seized this land from the indigenous peoples who were living here for generations before we ever showed up. We do not get to call them illegal. We don’t own the planet, nobody does. We are evolved monkeys with opposable thumbs who use them to write little monkey scribbles on a slice of tree and call it a birth certificate with our little monkey sounds. All of it made up. None of it is real. And it doesn’t matter, and it’s certainly not a valid reason to rip a screaming child away from his weeping mother, and I am tired of being made to feel like I am crazy about this. Capitalism is just narcissism as an economic system. Imperialism is just narcissism as a foreign policy.”
“None of that made sense,” Crowder said. “Do you understand, particularly when we’re talking about the Aztecs or Mayans, that they were farming humans for sacrifices? And there were only about 500 conquistadors against hundreds of thousands of natives. How do you think they conquered them? It’s because the people who were being farmed as human sacrifices were willing to take their chances with anyone else.”
It’s also unclear if she realizes that treaties were used to buy much of this land, but you do the math.

While she claimed a genocide was committed against natives, that could not be further from the truth.
“There are more natives on Earth than ever in history. So, if it was a genocide, we screwed up,” Crowder said. “Nothing [she] said makes sense.”
