You’ve heard the news and seen the pictures. Activists have been rioting in Democrat-run cities to disrupt ICE’s lawful activity. Because Democrats refuse to cooperate with federal law, ICE has no choice but to conduct raids to apprehend illegal aliens. Left-wing groups got it in their heads to oppose this activity by protesting. Of course, those protests quickly devolved into chaos.
Things only got so bad, because Democrats are doing nothing to stop these protests. Regardless of their personal views, they are obligated to adhere to federal law. Democrats’ refusal to cooperate with ICE and to remove these protests is shocking on many levels. Rumors abound that these anti-ICE radicals are being funded by groups who use the same funding-raise app as the official Democrat Party: ActBlue.
But all this chaos and uproar is for a good purpose, they claim. Democrats and activists are trying to stop Trump from deporting good, hard-working migrants. That’s what the media is claiming. Now, a top official is revealing just who ICE has been arresting.

Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said Tuesday that 75% of the individuals Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have arrested were convicted criminals.
“I’d love to remind the American people in the legacy media that actually 75% of ICE arrests in the last 100 days under President Donald Trump have been of convicted criminal, illegal aliens,” McLaughlin said on the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show.
She said the Trump administration was getting the “worst of the worst” out of the country.
How interesting. A Homeland Security official just revealed that a whopping 75% of the migrants arrested by ICE–during these protests and riots–have been convicted criminals. As Trump has said from the beginning, the people who flooded the country during Biden were not grandmas and nursing babies. Many of them were fleeing justice from South American countries. Others had close ties to criminal cartels. It shouldn’t surprise anyone that they continued to break the law, once inside the U.S.
Why are Democrats fighting so hard to stop these people from being deported? Federal law is clear on the issue. Illegal aliens who go on to break the law face arrest and deportation. It baffles many Americans’ minds to think that elected officials are fighting so hard to defend criminals–when millions of Americans are in need of help.
Just think of that. There are American families who go without every day. Mothers and children who struggle to make ends meet. Even a little bit of help from their lawmakers would mean the world. Yet Democrats are spending all their time and energy helping outsiders and, in some cases, dangerous criminals.
Perhaps Americans need to think long and hard about the people who represent them. And perhaps voters in blue states need to start voting for a change.
