USAF Brigadier General Douglas P. Wickert is the 412th Test Wing Commander at the Edwards Air Force Base in California.
He recently gave a talk describing the threat China is to the United States, has spoken openly about his perspective on the rising Communist Chinese Party, and that “China is destined to rule the world.”
In his talk, he gives reasoning as to why he came to this perspective.
