Elon Musk admitted early Wednesday that he wishes he could take back some of the brutal jabs he hurled at President Trump during their white-hot public feud last week.
“I regret some of my posts about President @realDonaldTrump last week,” the world’s richest man wrote on his public media site, X.
“They went too far.”
Musk’s mea culpa came after Trump said he wished him well — “very well, actually” — and the Tesla founder replied with a heart emoji.
Musk did not specify which of his posts he most regretted from the feud, which exploded on social media as the president admitted in a press conference that they were no longer tight.
