A trip to the strip club became a trip to jail for a Florida man after he called 911 because an employee apparently wouldn’t have sex with him.
According to a probable cause arrest affidavit, 21-year-old Sultan Jiza Muedh Alnofaie was at the Oz Gentlemen’s Club in Clearwater shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday when he called 911 to complain about an employee and told cops to “come and take him to jail.” He later told dispatchers that security at the strip club “took” $300 from him. He said he paid an employee the $300 to have sex with him “however he did not receive said services.”
Security at the club said the defendant obtained a private room and requested sex from a staff member.
“When denied said acts, the defendant called 911 for assistance,” the affidavit said.
Alnofaie tried to get cops to arrest a staff member who took his money, but they did not oblige his request and arrested him instead.
Deputies noted the defendant appeared to be intoxicated and was slurring his words while speaking and had a strong odor of alcohol emanating from his breath.
Cops took Alnofaie to jail on a misdemeanor charge of misuse of a 911 system. He has since posted a $500 bond. He was assigned a public defender. His next court date is not yet listed.
Alnofaie, who is from Saudi Arabia and living in Miramar, did not immediately return a message seeking comment.
