Harvard Law Professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said Monday after the Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump has some immunity for his action as president still could be tried in federal court before the November elections on charges he tried to subvert the certification of the 2020 election he lost before leaving the White House.
“We’ll see a lot of litigation, a lot of strategy, a lot of tactics being employed over the next months,” he said on the “Just The News, No Noise” TV show. “The real question is, can they squeeze in a trial in October? I don’t think that’s a good thing for America to have a trial a month before the election.”
