Popular podcast host Megyn Kelly destroyed CNN anchor Anderson Cooper with her sharp, sarcastic wit in a critique of his reporting on what is being taught in private schools — see Christian schools.
Anderson did a segment focused on a CNN investigation that “found taxpayer dollars are helping to teach right-wing views at private schools in Arizona.” Don’t bother looking for a similar investigation of taxpayer-funded teachings of left-wing views, which defines public schools in America today.
Then again, that’s why the left opposes school choice with such passion. Well, that and union dollars.
“Tonight, a new CNN investigation has found that some religious schools in Arizona, including a school that has partnered with a Trump-aligned advocacy group, are being partially funded by taxpayer dollars. Some of those funds are going to unregulated private schools that don’t face the same standards as public schools or have the same anti-discrimination protections,” Cooper begins. “This move has, in part, contributed to the closure of public schools in the state.”
Kelly fired back on X, “Wait, taxpayers are funding a school that’s pushing a political view? That’s horrible!!! What must that be like for these poor Leftist parents who only want their children to receive an unbiased education?”

She is being sarcastic of course, because there’s a good reason why you never hear the left complaining about indoctrination in public schools.
Social media users were simpatico with Kelly, unleashing their wrath on Anderson Cooper and the state of our schools today.
Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
Universal school choice is the best way to escape the rot that public schools have sadly become. https://t.co/p16NKCjDWx

Hilarious. They have completely overtaken public schools and injected their fanaticism with tax payers money – do they listen to themselves? https://t.co/Mzpg6dTGP6

I wonder if Anderson Cooper opposes taxpayers funding left-wing indoctrination in government schools?

They push and push and push forgetting that the pendulum always swings. Enjoy

Self awareness is not a thing for Anderson pretty clearly

Yeah that’s why it’s called “school Choice”. Notice where the money is going?
