A 64-year-old Ohio woman died last week after her daughter pinned her into a garage wall with her car
Anna Millette, 23, is being charged with murder and felonious assault on police officers, who suffered minor injuries when Millette reversed her car and then fled the scene on June 15.
In a short video posted to the Miami Township Police Facebook page, the officers are seen shouting for her to get out of the car and putting on gloves before she backs out the garage and sends them scurrying after her.
Millette’s mother, Joyce Millette, was taken to a hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Millette fled the scene in her car, pursued by another officer onto Interstate 275, more than two miles away, where she eventually crashed. She was taken to a hospital for treatment of her injuries before being booked into the Clermont County jail.
Investigators did not say who called police to the scene.
According to jail records, she is being held on a $5.05 million bond and is due in court on June 28 on the murder charge and July 1 on the assault charges.
