Legal scholar Jonathan Turley made the case Friday that “any other family” would face a lawsuit or two or three or more if their dogs were as aggressive and dangerous as that of the Bidens.
“The latest account shows that President Biden was personally handling his dogs during incidents of biting secret service,” he posted on X Friday. “If this were any other family, there would be a strict liability tort action against the Bidens.”

Attached to his tweet was a bombshell story from Fox News documenting how President Joe Biden had personally witnessed his dog Commander biting multiple Secret Service agents.
“Multiple USSS personnel shared that the attacks happened as Biden was walking the dog, with the president witnessing the incidents first-hand,” Fox News reported, citing internal correspondence obtained by Judicial Watch.
The examples found in the internal correspondence are numerous.
“POTUS took Commander (on a leash) to the Kennedy Garden this evening for a walk,” one piece of correspondence, an email sent last September, reads. “While POTUS and Commander were in the Kennedy Garden I was standing half way from the Book-Sellers and the Family Theater.”
“POTUS opened the Book-Seller door and said [redacted]. As I started to walk toward him to see if he needed help, Commander ran through his legs and bit my left arm through the front of my jacket. I pulled my arm away and yelled no. POTUS also yelled [redacted] to Commander. POTUS then [redacted],” the correspondence continues.
“I obliged and Commander let me pet him. When turning to close the door, Commander jumped again and bit my left arm for the second time. POTUS again yelled at Commander and attached the leash to him. My suit coat has 3 holes,1 being all the way through. No skin was broken,” it concludes.

Other emails show that Secret Service personnel wanted the Bidens to purchase a muzzle for Commander.
“TMZ just reported a dog bite at the White House! Can we please find a way to get this dog muzzled?” personnel from the U.S. Secret Service Safety, Health & Environment Division wrote in an email.
In an additional email, this one also from September, Anthony Guglielmi, Secret Service chief of communications, cited yet another example of Commander attacking.
“Yesterday around 8pm, a Secret Service Uniformed Division police officer came in contact with a First Family pet and was bitten,” he wrote. “The officer was treated by medical personnel on complex and I am not aware of any hospitalization.”
Combined, the correspondence points to there having been up to three dozen attacks by Commander on the Secret Service.
Critics say these attacks and the fact that Biden was evidently present for most (if not all) of them shows that he’s unequipped to be a dog owner, let alone president.
Look (*Language warning):
That dog seems to be the product of poor leadership and discipline. I’ve owned 3 GSDs, and there’s nothing normal about that situation. Something’s rotten

It’s the OWNER not the dog!! Have had MANY German shepherds and they are sweet, calm, and lovable WHEN properly trained and cared for. Joe/Dr Jill can’t even raise a kid who isn’t addicted to drugs/alcohol/sex.

Dogs ONLY bite because they have been abused and/or neglected.
Joe Biden abused and neglected his son, Hunter Biden, and we see the human equivalent of biting in Hunter’s hypersexuality and drug abuse.

As a dog lover, I 100% blame Biden. There’s reports that he’s abused his dog (punched and kicked this dog) and then he can’t even control the dog. (He’s so senile does he even know the dog is his?) Commander should be nowhere near a doddering, violent man like Biden.

Joe Biden’s dog Commander has attacked and bitten Secret Service members 36 times.
Joe Biden has no business being a father, a dog owner, or the President. He’s a pathetic failure at everything he does.
Fucked up his children, fucked up his dog, fucked up the country.
