“Maintaining separate living facilities for the different sexes.”
At least there’s one judge with some common sense! Western District of Louisiana Chief Judge Terry Doughty pummelled the Biden administration’s attempt to force women to compete with biological men by simply citing the law.
In the ruling of the case State of Louisiana et al vs. US Dept of Education et al, Judge Doughty quoted from Title XI:
Title IX lists several exemptions which use the language “one sex” or “both sexes” showing that the statute was referring to biological men and biological women, not gender identity, sexual orientation, sex stereotypes, or sex characteristics.
In 1974, Congress enacted legislation instructing regulations to be promulgated “which shall include with respect to intercollegiate athletic activities reasonable provisions concerning the nature of particular sports.” Those regulations allowed a school “to provide separate teams for ‘men and women’ where the provisions of only one team would ‘not accommodate the interests and ability of both sexes
Additionally, 20 U.S.C. § 1686 of Title IX states that nothing contained in Title IX shall be construed to prohibit any educational facility from “maintaining separate living facilities for the different sexes.”
Now, you know why feminists, trans-delusionals and others want to get rid of Title XI.
The sexes/genders of mankind (Genesis 1:27, 2:18-25) are but two no matter how much the delusional, criminal and immoral want to tell you otherwise.
Well done, Jude Doughty!
