A Texas man has been charged with threatening to “slaughter” an FBI agent connected to the Hunter Biden laptop investigation.
Timothy Muller, 43, was charged with interstate threatening communications and influencing, impeding, or retaliating against a federal official, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced in a news release. The charges carry a punishment of up to 10 years in federal prison if he’s convicted, officials said.
Muller allegedly called an FBI agent involved in an investigation into a laptop belonging to the president’s son at 5:03 p.m. on Tuesday, shortly after Hunter Biden had been convicted of three felonies following a trial related to a 2018 firearm purchase.
The caller said, “Hey,” before the agent disconnected the call, according to the statement of facts.
A second call was immediately received from the same phone number. The call was not answered, and a voicemail was left.
“You can run, but you can’t f—— hide,” the masculine voice said in the one-minute, five-second voicemail.
“You covered up child pornography,” the message allegedly continued, making allegations that the agent covered up a sex crime against Hunter Biden, who faces no sex-related charges.
The message continued.
“So here’s how it’s gonna go: [T’s] gonna win the reelection, and then we’re gonna f—— go through the FBI and just start throwing you [expletive] into jail. Or, you can steal another election, and then the guns will come out, and we’ll hunt you [expletive] down and slaughter you like the traitorous dogs you are in your own f—— homes. In your own f—— beds. The last thing you’ll ever hear are the horrified shrieks of your widow and orphans. And then you know what we’re going to do? Then we’re going to string those f—— [expletive] up. We’re going to slaughter your whole f—— family, you f—— pedophile! It’s like THAT now. So choose. Jail? Or getting strung up and lynched like the f—— traitor you are. That’s what happens when you cover up for f—— pedophiles, you piece of f—— s—!”
Muller then allegedly sent three text messages, saying, ” … You’re going to jail- if you’re lucky. But I suspect you won’t be” and “How’s the family? Safe?”
He also allegedly sent messages saying, “Did you [redacted] really think you were going to disenfranchise 75 million Americans and not die? Lol.”
A spokesman for special counsel David Weiss, who is heading the Hunter Biden probe, declined to comment, the Washington Post reported.
As Law&Crime reported, a jury of Hunter Biden’s peers returned guilty verdicts on all three counts following a speedily conducted federal trial in Delaware for felony gun acquisition and possession charges going back to 2018 in a historic verdict for the son of a sitting president.
