President Joe Biden’s upcoming gaslighting on border security, which is simply another semantic scheme documenting “mass amnesty,” was exposed.
From insisting the border was secure to foisting the blame on congressional Republicans, the White House’s narrative on Biden’s national security crisis has worked its way from rescinding executive orders from his predecessor to announcing new ones to clamp down on “asylum seekers.” Ahead of Tuesday’s announcement reported by Fox News, a wholly different report exposed the more than 350,000 asylum cases effectively wiped from the record while the illegal aliens remained stateside.
“This is just a massive amnesty under the guise of prosecutorial discretion,” said Andrew Arthur of the Center for Immigration Studies to the New York Post. “You’re basically allowing people who don’t have a right to be in the United States to be here indefinitely.”
According to the newspaper’s report, if foreign nationals claiming asylum didn’t have a criminal record OR were not deemed a threat to the country, their cases were “terminated without a decision on the merits of their asylum claim.”
“The move,” the Post stated, “allows them to legally, indefinitely roam about the US without fear of deportation, effectively letting them slip through the cracks.”
Each year since 2022 has seen a massive increase in the number of such “terminated” cases, with 102,550 in 2022, 149,305 in 2023, and, through April, already 113,843 in 2024.
Those figures stood in stark contrast to the 18,119 in Biden’s first year in office and even more so to the roughly 4,700 in each of President Donald Trump’s administration’s last two years.
“Please let everyone know what’s really going on,” an officer with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) expressed to the Post.
Like designating illegal aliens who’d been processed as “parolees” to trim down the numbers, or the administration’s chartered flights from foreign countries into the United States, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security has taken great strides under impeached Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to spin the crisis while skirting effective means to address it.
Previously, it was reported that in conjunction with the Department of Justice, DHS was working on the efficiency of immigration hearings to “expeditiously resolve” asylum cases.
Meanwhile, the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) indicated that since Biden’s inauguration 77% of asylum seekers have already been allowed to stay in the U.S.
On Tuesday, Biden will host Mayor John Cowen of Brownsville, Texas and Mayor Ramiro Garza of Edinburg, Texas as he announces his plan to issue an executive order that would cap the number of asylum requests permitted and, as the AP reported, “automatically deny entrance to migrants once the number of people encountered by U.S. border officials exceeded a new daily threshold.”
Among the reactions to the report of the “mass amnesty” granted by the administration, billionaire Elon Musk posted that he was effectively speechless, writing, “…” as Libs of TikTok added, “All the ‘conspiracies’ keep coming true…”
