A transgender activist, who identifies as a woman, has been apprehended following the shocking incident in Braintree, Massachusetts, where four young girls, ages 9 to 17, were stabbed at a movie theater on Saturday night. This attack was reported by ABC News.
At approximately 6 p.m., the suspect entered the AMC Braintree 10 and went into one of the theaters. There, he reportedly attacked the four girls without any provocation or warning. The victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were promptly taken to hospitals in Boston for treatment, according to the police.
The suspect then fled the scene in a black SUV, prompting authorities to use video footage in their investigation. The license plate number was identified, and other law enforcement agencies were alerted. It was after this alert that the car matching the description was linked to a similar assault in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Around an hour after the initial incident, at about 7:04 p.m., the suspect allegedly attacked two more individuals, a 21-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man, at a McDonald’s in Plymouth. Both victims were reported to have non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals, as stated by the Massachusetts State Police.
The suspect then crashed his SUV, and police were able to apprehend him.
