For a party that is frequently accused of being racist and in cahoots with supposed white supremacists, the Republican Party sure does align itself with a lot of black candidates.
Former NBA player Royce White was endorsed by the Republican Party of Minnesota on Saturday after he won more than 67 percent of the vote. White will challenge incumbent Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) for a seat in the U.S. Senate.
The former player was reportedly introduced at the GOP convention by former Trump advisor Steve Bannon, which should exact extra venom from the left.

The candidate shared the following video online after securing the nomination, adding in the caption: “You Democrats better come with way more than petty character attacks and my mean tweets. I keep it plain and simple, people understand. The People Are Coming!”
The speech that won the endorsement. Thank you delegates. The people chose a leader they know can’t be bought. You Democrats better come with way more than petty character attacks and my mean tweets. White, who once backed the Black Lives Matter movement, may not be your conventional candidate.
Now a supporter of former President Donald Trump, White wrote “Trump won” on the side of his head while playing in Ice Cube’s Big3 basketball league. He reportedly left the NBA due to severe anxiety that prevented him from flying. In another game, White emblazoned the message “Protect RFK Jr.” on his dome.
Two years ago, White ran unsuccessfully in the Republican primary to face U.S. Rep. Ilhan Oman (D-MN).

No shrinking violet, White has no problem expressing himself.
“Donald Trump could get up on stage, pull his pants down, take a sh*t up at the podium, and I still would never vote for you f*cking Democrats again,” White said in March while blasting Democrats, and voicing support for freedom and independence.
Caution: Strong Language
Donald Trump could walk up on stage, pull his pants down and take a shit… I still would never vote for Democrats again. Once you know you know, once you see, it can’t be unseen. These policies are destroying our communities and this country. We have a debt and death society. pic.twitter.com/BTmqZf37oD
