The massive crowd that turned out to see former President Donald J. Trump in New Jersey had to strike fear into the hearts of the Biden regime and its allies.
On Saturday, the presumptive GOP nominee spoke to an estimated crowd of between 80,000 and 100,000 in the seaside town of Wildwood, telling supporters “We’re going to win New Jersey” as he makes a play for the blue state along with neighboring New York.
Trump was in peak form on a rare day when he wasn’t trapped inside a Manhattan courtroom in the sleazy spectacle of the Stormy Daniels “hush money” trial, using much of his speech to assail Joe Biden who he labeled a “total moron” who is behind the “banana republic” lawfare cases against him.

“You could take the 10 worst presidents in the history of our country, and add them up .. and they haven’t done the damage to our country that this total moron has done,” Trump told the cheering crowd.
“He’s a fool, he’s not a smart man. He never was,” Trump said of the octogenarian Democrat who stands to be ousted from the White House later this year, adding. “I talk about him differently now because now the gloves are off.”
“You don’t do that to your opponents,” he said of the political prosecutions. “It’s done in third-world countries, it’s done in banana republics, it’s not done in the United States of America.”
“We’re going to officially play in the state of New Jersey. We’re going to win New Jersey,” Trump announced.

In addition to Biden, Trump also skewered the Garden State’s former governor, drawing cheers when he suggested that Chris Christie is a “fat pig” and also dubbed Soros-backed Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg as “fat Alvin.”
“Welcome to the largest political event in the history of the state of New Jersey,” Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) who represents Wildwood told the crowd before Trump took the stage. The congressman is a former Democrat who changed parties.
Wildwood spokeswoman Lisa Fagan told the Associated Press that “she estimated a crowd of between 80,000 and 100,000 attendees, based off her own observations on the scene Saturday, having seen ‘dozens’ of other events in the same space.”

Trump was joined by North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum who has been speculated about as a potential running mate. the former and perhaps future president earlier shot down a media report that he was considering former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.
Also joining the leader of the MAGA movement was NFL Hall of Famer and former New York Giants great Lawrence Taylor who threw his support behind Trump.
“I just wanted to say I grew up a Democrat and I’ve always been a Democrat until I met this man right here,” LT said as he gestured toward the man who could save America. “He will not have to worry nobody in my family ever voting for a Democrat again.”
Trump also appealed to the crowd based on the reality of “Bidenomics” which has gutted household budgets, a real issue that affects nearly everyone in America and not the emotional farce of abortion that the regime has made the latest central focus of Biden’s campaign.
“If Joe Biden wins this election, the middle class loses, New Jersey loses,” he said.
“But if Trump wins, the middle class wins, the people of low income really start winning again, and you’re all going for the American Dream!” Trump added. “New Jersey wins, Pennsylvania wins, America wins.”
“We don’t have a country [if we have] a porous border. I want every person who came here illegally to get shipped back home, wherever that is, because it’s illegal. They broke in. If I broke into my neighbor’s house, I would be arrested,” one Trump supporter, 52-year-old Christine Powell told the Washington Examiner.
“All of us that were living paycheck to paycheck are now living paycheck to paycheck plus maxing out every single credit card because this economy is absolutely horrible,” added Powell, a hospice social worker from Medford, NJ.
The size of the crowd is a sign that the Democrat lawfare has backfired bigly.
