Undercover journalists have discovered that U.S. Navy Adm. Lisa Franchetti’s DEI adviser doesn’t even believe in DEI. Nor do any of his colleagues.
His name is Thomas Riggs, and according to him, it’s his job to advise top officials like Franchetti on DEI, as well as other matters.
“Seventy percent of my job is advising,” he told the undercover journalists with Louder with Crowder. “I advise to the top three in the navy on equal opportunity, diversity, equity, and inclusion.”
DEI is very relevant because Franchetti is, according to him, a hardcore fan of this twisted, backwards ideology.
“She just really believes in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and opportunity,” he revealed. “She’s the first woman joint chief of staff.”

But Riggs and his colleagues? Not so much.
“Diversity, equity, inclusion? Yeah, of course, they [his military colleagues] think it’s a waste of time,” Riggs told the journalists. “Except my boss, I mean Lisa the admiral, she doesn’t think it is. She likes it. But secretly, everybody else is like eh.”
“You know what’s going to happen when the first missile hits the first side of the first DEG [Guided Missile Escort Ship]? What’s it going to matter? It won’t. Diversity, equity, inclusion. It’ll just be out the window,” he added.
Especially, he argued, if former President Donald Trump is reelected president.
“If Trump is the president, then there is no more DEI,” he claimed. “He’s already, he said he’s going to shut down the office at the Pentagon. It’ll go away. So that would change things.”
In a good way.
“If we have a Republican in office, it will bolster our military,” he explained. “If we have a Democrat, it’ll continue to just be the make do with what you have, you know, kind of, of you know, throw, slap things together, put duct tape on it, that kind of stuff, poor training, that kind of thing.”
“And I’m a Democrat. But from a strictly military standpoint, Republicans are always better for the military,” he added.

But what about his job? What will happen to it if Trump is reelected.
“My job will still exist,” he said. “It’s just like I was telling you, DEI wouldn’t. I wouldn’t be able to come out and say, ‘I’m a DEI practitioner.’ I would just say, ‘I’m an equal opportunity adviser.’”
Fair enough.
Switching to the topic of threats to America, he was adamant that the situation in Israel and Gaza is irrelevant to him and his colleagues.
“There’s no worry about Israel and all that stuff,” he said. “None of this is going to matter when China invades Taiwan. That’s the buzzword. Our biggest foe right now is China. That’s our worry. Nobody else, you know?”
“We don’t worry about Israel and Gaza. We’re like, okay, they can figure this out themselves. We’ll, you know, [take care of] Ukraine, Russia, whatever,” he added.
The main threat is China, he maintained, prompting the undercover journalist to ask, “What’s that gonna look like?”
“Not good,” he replied. “If we went to war with China, it would escalate into a world war. We may end up speaking Chinese. I mean, let’s be honest.”
And lastly, the undercover journalist asked him whether he believes Trump will win reelection.
“I think he will win,” Riggs replied. “I think he will. I think he’s going to win hands down. Unless something happened…Like he goes to jail or something like that, or somebody kills him. I mean, I hate to say it, but, you know, that’s kind of the only way he’s — I mean, people don’t have a lot of faith in Biden.”
Responding to Louder with Crowder’s undercover investigation, many critics actually slammed the journalists for putting Riggs’ job at risk. While he’s a Democrat, he’s a sane one, and having a sane one handy would have been useful.
Why are you doing this to a seemingly conservative guy…seems to be on our side…and you’ve just ruined him…why?

Why are “conservative” influencers leaking this story?
Everything he said is true and he’s not breaking any laws or doing anything wrong.
Genuinely not sure what side you guys are on anymore.
