New Jersey Democrat Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill posted on X that President Trump should “go back to court” in response to Trump’s massive Wildwood, New Jersey rally on Saturday, which was attended by over 80K people. Rep. Sherrill’s choice of words “go back to court” is vital because Sherrill is a client of Judge Merchan’s daughter’s firm, Authentic Campaigns, whose website describes its services as “a comprehensive provider, we pride ourselves on being your ultimate destination for all things digital. With a proven track record of collaborating with numerous partners.” Given Sherrill’s post and Authentic’s services, it looks exceptionally likely that Loren Merchan is using her father’s trial to write attack posts on Trump for her clients. This takes Judge Merchan’s conflict of interest to a whole new level. Laura Loomer exclusively reported that Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, is the partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns, a firm whose “featured client “is the Biden-Harris Campaign. The Left’s lawlessness in the name of “getting Trump” is reaching a crisis level.
FEC records show that over the last nine months, Mikie Sherrill has paid Judge Merchan’s daughter’s company, Authentic Campaigns, over $216,793.98.
Loren Merchan’s Authentic Campaigns website describes the firm’s work as “a comprehensive provider, we pride ourselves on being your ultimate destination for all things digital. With a proven track record of collaborating with numerous partners, we bring a wealth of experience in digital execution and general consulting to the table.”
Below this quote, Authentic Campaigns lists “general consulting” for social media as it offers “services.” This makes it highly likely that Loren Merchan is writing social media attack posts on Trump, off the trial that her father presides over, taking Judge Merchan’s conflict of interest to a new level.
Loomer posted on the latest Merchan conflication delvopment, “Donald Trump has been gagged and threatened with arrest by Judge Merchan, all while Judge Merchan’s daughter’s clients are using her father’s position as the NY judge overseeing Trump’s trial as a way to attack President Trump online, which then turns into payments for the judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan who bills this service as “digital consulting” to her Democrat, anti-Trump clientele, which also includes the Biden-Harris campaign, the Democrat Senate Majority PAC, and @RepAdamSchiff, among many other high profile Democrats.”
Loomer previously reported that screenshots show Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren, has an X account that reshared a photo of her speaking at an Authentic Campaigns event, an organization she is part-owner of. A zoomed-in photo shows Merchan’s @LorenM426 handle flashing behind her on the podium. An X post from Authentic Campaigns on January 9th, 2020, stated that Authentic Campaigns was “excited to announce that Loren Merchan is being named partner and part-owner of Authentic Campaigns.” Loren Merchan’s X account, @LorenM426, shared this announcement.
Authentic Campaigns’ website lists the Biden-Harris campaign as its “Featured Client.” Other clients of Authentic Campaigns include Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Rep. Ilhan Omar, Governor Gavin Newsom, Adam Schiff, and the Wisconsin Democratic Party.
Judge Merchan’s conflicts of interest, which center around his daughter’s firm, present a real problem for the rule of law. No one can argue that President Trump will receive a fair trial in New York City if Judge Merchan presides over it.
